The first thing I noticed on Daryl Rost is that he was a hands on contractor. Not a contractor that sits behind a desk and just subcontracts out everything. A lot of places in our house was custom handmade by him. He works with you and makes suggestions to the ideas we had . Things like radiant heat, mini splits, fox block for the foundation, Hardy board for siding, and insulation on the outside and inside of the house. We felt comfortable dealing with Daryl on price and since we went alacart because of all the upgrades and changes we made along the way. The people he has working with him were so talented in many different parts of the construction, you could tell they were hand picked processionals in what they do. Daryl also has a talent to pick out subcontractor that care and are proud of there work. We are very happy that we picked Rost Artisan for our forever home. Thank you Daryl Rost. A few years ago, my wife and I bought a rundown John Deere repair shop in Bucks County. We then began a search to find a builder to translate our vision into reality. The Rost Artisan Builders were the perfect company. Daryl Rost is the consummate professional. He's highly-skilled, creative, honest, and technically impressive. I hired Daryl Rost in 2011 to rebuild my very old and failing deck. He had done a deck for one of my neighbors, so I already had a recommendation for him. Daryl took the time to understand my needs and didn't just try to sell me more then I wanted or needed (like one of his competitors did). His crew went above and beyond to ensure that all the work was done to my satisfaction, including moving siding, installing outdoor electrical outlets, doing some significant landscape construction and even moving my outdoor gas line to my grill. His crews was clean and methodical as the worked on my project. I can't praise him and his team enough. You can see pics of my deck on his website.

Would give Daryl 6 or 7 stars if that was an option. For the past 4 years we have engaged Rost Artisan Builders to work with us on a renovation of our barn and construction of a modern home. Daryl is a great communicator and responsive to customer aesthetic and budget needs. He has an excellent team to help realize projects. Daryl always thinks big picture and that is critical for long-term efficiencies and savings and couldn't be more reliable and responsive on any project large or small.

Rost Artisan Builders constructed an addition and did alterations to our home that included a new kitchen, an additional bathroom, and renovations to other parts of the house. in a prior project they rebuilt and expanded first and second floor outdoor decks. The quality of their work is outstanding and they provide great attention to details. In addition, they offered great suggestions for design and finishes. Their price was also competitive with other contractors. I would highly recommend them for any improvements to your home or business.

Rost Artisan Builders does it all from understanding the client’s ideas (me) to project completion ON TIME! What was great was Daryl’s creativity and suggestions that added so much to the functionality and appearance of my projects. An addition and renovation to an existing house is more of a challenge that Daryl easily mastered. Everyone is very impressed with his work. His crew is amazingly talented too.

Daryl Rost and his team are consummate professionals: quality work, creative problem-solvers and (a rarity in this business) good communicators. They completed a gut renovation of a 200+ year old house for me, on schedule and within 10% of budget (even with add-ons). I have had a long history working with Rost Artisan Builders. Everything from New construction, large remodels to small jobs in Residential and Commercial construction. They have a great team of experts and hands down one of the most creative minds out there keeping ahead of trends and very knowledgeable with all new and old technology and construction. It's a team of detail oriented professionals who did a great job. コメント：concrete floorIt was machine polished using concrete densifier and multiple polishing pads going up to about 2500grit. it was done by a concrete floor polishing contactor.

コメント：What type of tile is that?It was a 12 x 24" Porcelain Tile - Unfortunately, the manufacturer is no longer producing this series.
