Erwan did an excellent job installing a new floor in my bedroom. I highly recommend his services. He was quick to respond and was able to fit me in last minute before I moved. I will definitely work with him again on any future projects.

Erwan did a complete renovation of our condo. This included two bathrooms, a kitchen, and putting in hardwood floor and painting of the entire condo. He was punctual, pleasant to work with and kept the work space clean. He was reasonably priced and was accommodating our requests. He also went to a tile shop and flooring store with us and provided some good feedback and guidance. Since our renovation included many different workstreams, there were a couple of misunderstandings related to a design and a task to be completed, but eventually we were able to agree on a resolution. Overall, he did a great job and we are pleased with his work.

It was a pleasure working with Erwan. He shepherded us through our master bathroom renovation from start to finish. Erwan kept the work space clean and was very respectful about being in our home. He was aware of our budget and made helpful suggestions for saving money without sacrificing quality. Since he did the entire project himself including plumbing, electrical and painting, there was no waiting for someone else to show up. He even finished ahead of schedule! We especially appreciated his accompanying us to his tile supplier to pick out tile, and to Ikea to look at cabinets. Because he has trusted professionals he works with for tile, glass, etc., we didn't have to stress about where to go for any part of the project. Erwan has lots of creative design ideas that made our finished product unique. We have done many home improvement projects over the years, and I can honestly say that this one was the easiest and with a beautiful result. We are fortunate to have found French Accent LLC.

French Accent LLC is Erwan Dapoigny, and he is the best contractor I have ever worked with. I was completely updating and rehabilitating my condo at the Riverside in Southwest, DC. I came upon Erwan through a personal recommendation. The way he works is that you buy the materials and arrange for delivery. He does all of the work. I wanted first-rate fixtures and materials and Erwan was able to make recommendations on the specific items (as well what NOT to buy) and the places to buy them. Thus, were able to save money and have some truly wonderful results. Moreover, Erwan is a delightful guy to work with, a warm outgoing personality, and he takes the time to explain why an idea will not work and/or how to modify it to make it work. I cannot recommend him highly enough. The Riverside complex has been superbly updated and is very well maintained and professionally managed. Moreover, it is located on the Southwest riverfront which has gone through a renaissance and uber gentrification. So, all of the work I've done my condo will enable my son (who will live there) to capitalize on the growth in value of real estate in that area.
