Marsden CC built an open air porch for our 1960 home in Maitland. He recommended a designer and stayed close to the project through every step. When Dan's team was on site, he too was on site making sure the project continued forward as planned. His clear communication and planning with my family throughout the entire process helped minimize any surprises. We completed without our budget and per our schedule.

Couldn’t be happier with Marsden Construction! I had heard horror stories about friends’ experiences with contractors but my experience with the Marsdens and their crew was the complete opposite. From start to finish work was done on schedule, was of high quality, and everyone on the construction team was a pleasure to work with. Work was done ahead of schedule and the team was extremely flexible when I requested changes or additions. My reno included knocking down all internal walls in the central part of my home to create a completely open and spacious living space, building of a beautiful, modern kitchen with a huge island, conversion of my fireplace from wood to gas with a complete external facelift, and new flooring and trim work in the family and game rooms. I am IN LOVE with my new kitchen and living space and so is everyone who visits!! Thank you Marsden Construction!!!

We hired Marsden Construction to remodel our entire kitchen, as well as flooring and painting throughout our living area. The owner Dan is a true professional. We were expecting the project to take four weeks and it was completed in three. We are so pleased with all the work that was done. Dan and his team of subcontractors did a phenomenal job. They were very clean and respectful of our house and their work was A+. April 2018 Just completed the addition of a 600 square foot under-roof outdoor living area, as well as some interior remodeling, with Marsden Construction Company and we could not be happier with the process or the outcome – highly recommend this company for your remodeling or new construction needs. MCC was very helpful in the planning stage of our project and provided us with several cost-saving options to fit our budget; MCC Project Manager was on-site every single day to assure quality and timeliness of sub-contractor; project was completed on-time, to specification and within budget. Again, highly recommend this team based on their professionalism, responsiveness and integrity – easy and personable people with which to work.

My husband and I had looked at over 25 homes in our neighborhood and finally came to the realization that in order to get what we want, we would have to remodel. We had already remodeled one home on our own over 10 years ago and knew we didn't want to do that again, but we had also heard horror stories about working with contractors. Once we found our home, we had 4 contractors quote our job and Marsden Construction stood above the rest from the beginning. Dan and his team were not only professional and did an excellent job, but they were a pleasure to work with. I felt I was always informed of things I needed to know without being bogged down with the day to day details. Dan responded to my questions and concerns quickly (always in the same day and typically in the same hour). The costs were transparent and I knew exactly what we would be spending and when it would be due, and any additions or changes that needed to be made to the budget were always brought to me for approval. Dan and his team did a great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to do a whole home remodel.

I found Marsden Construction through Houzz. All the reviews were wonderful, so I wasn't surprised when I met Dan that I had complete confidence in him and his company. From the initial meeting through completion of my home renovation/addition project it has been an incredible experience. Dan is an expert as are his team of Greg and Bill. They took my dream of 30 years and made it a stunning reality. All the sub-contractors Dan works with are also top quality. They all worked efficiently, professionally, cleanly, and with consideration for me as I was still living in my home during construction. Everything was done on schedule and as promised. Any changes I made were always answered with, "No problem." I'm truly grateful to Dan and Marsden Construction for the extremely high quality of work they do. They are truly the best there is!

I had little experience working with contractors before I met Dan and team, and feel like I hit a home run on my first at bat. Dan and team were on time, on budget and great communicators. There work quality was excellent, And Dan was an excellent problem solver. You never want there to be "issues" but if something unexpected came up, it was quickly discussed and resolved. As a first timer, I had lots of calls with Dan, and he was always transparent and reasonable -- something I didn't expect based on some construction horror stories I heard from others. Dan's team was great (I worked with Greg), always at the work site and keeping the job moving. Working with them gave me the bug to do this again ... and if I do, I wouldn't work with anyone but Marsden Construction.
