We are proud to offer our newest creation, Waters Edge in MacDonald Highlands, to the public to view Tuesdays - Sundays 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. located at 647 Cityview Ridge Drive, Henderson, NV 89012. Sun West Custom Homes LLC specializes in spectacular estate homes valued at more than $1 million. Every buyer works with Sun West Custom Homes owner Dan Coletti, a second-generation builder who learned the business from his mother, Cynthia Coletti. Each home is assigned an Executive Building Team construction project manager, an interior designer, a project coordination and an onsite superintendent. Sun West Cus-tom Homes has been building the most extraordinary homes in the Las Vegas Valley since 1989. We do more than just build spectacular custom homes, we create them with cohesive design concepts, individuality, and consistency. Our goal is to offer a home building experience that is pleasurable and consists of minimal effort on the part of our clients while providing them with many years of happiness and enjoyment. By providing a full-spectrum of services consisting of architectural design, construction, interior design, and home maintenance, it is our hope to orchestrate that single moment in time when a confluence of people, events, talents, and dreams can culminate into the home of their dreams for our clients.

We are a glass subcontractor, and have done several jobs for Sun West Homes. Having seen their work first hand, I would definitely recommend them for their professionalism. They are prompt. I've been in the construction industry for over ten years, and never seen any other General Contractor finish their projects as soon as they do.
