Diego and his team did an amazing job painting our whole home and fixing walls in a number of areas. First, Diego is incredibly responsive, punctual and easy to work with. We had ~3 days between closing and moving into a new house and he was able to work with our schedule. I also added a number of last minute things to the list for this team and he was able to accommodate all the last minute requests. The entire house looked perfect after his team finished their work. I would highly recommend him and will be using him again for all future painting / carpentry needs.

Diego and and staff did an excellent job painting the trim on our 90+ year old stucco home. They also replaced rotted wood as needed, sealed it all up, and also did a beautiful job refinishing our oak front door. Diego made good recommendations and was a pleasure to work with on this project.

Diego and his company were truly exceptional! We did a new bathroom and the quality of their work was top. We will certainly contract Modern Touch Paint for the next renovation and we recommend them for tiling, carpentry and paint work. First truly good experience in Westchester county in 8 years

Diego and his team were awesome. Very professional - communicated what they would do, when they would do it, kept us posted all the time and delivered in all phases. We had some added work along the way and they were flexible and helpful in getting it done. We originally reached out to them to paint the exterior of our house but when we had some basement flooding we called and they were a big help - removing drywall and applying some drying compound. Also did some good carpentry work on our outdoor pergola. Overall, very happy with their work. We will use them again and recommend them highly!

Diego and his team painted the entire outside of my home, replaced shingles and power washed the house and fences. They were beyond professional and finished the project on time and on budget. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top rate work and competitive pricing. They are coming soon to do some painting inside next.

We have used Diego and D.A. Modern Touch Painting & Carpentry LLC for various painting-related jobs in our kitchen, dining room and bedrooms, as well as some bathroom caulking and wall repairs. They are extremely professional, responsive to emails and texts, and have always been prompt. Diego's work has been meticulous. The paint work was excellent, and his staff left the worksite completely spotless. We initially hired Diego to paint our front door and install a new storm door and new door locks. We were completely satisfied with his work. Diego is a consummate professional and keeps you abreast of the project. After completing the front door project, we hired Diego for a second project. The second project entailed building a custom closet in our mudroom to accommodate excess coats and boots and replace the old floor. The final outcome was phenomenal. We plan on hiring Diego for all of our house improvement projects as he is not only an excellent painter and carpentry professional but also a great handyman.

Diego and his partner painted the interior of my 2-bedroom condo and did an absolutely awesome job! Every aspect of the experience was excellent: responsiveness, good pricing and their attention to detail was fantastic. Diego also gave me great suggestions. I seriously can't say enough about how great these guys were and they worked really hard! I'm already planning my next project with them. Outstanding, seriously, I highly recommend!

I hired D.A. Modern to work on a mid size project for me: painting the apartment, doing finish carpentry work, as well as replacing an old glass shower door for my client. The result of the work is simply outstanding. The owner, Diego, was there everyday with his workers. They were efficient, quiet, and paid attention to details. They also made sure the job site was cleaned up each night before leaving. All in all I am very happy with their professionalism and work. I will definitely work with them again for my future projects.

Having maintained four houses over the past 45+yrs, including overseeing four major renovations to two of them, plus way back, stripping varnished teak on sail boat down to wood, then building it back up with six coats, I feel I know what to look for in a painter/contractor. If like I do, you want it to look really nice, you need three things: Prep, Prep & Prep In my experiences, painting is all about the preparation, and Diego's is some best I've seen. Whether it's patching or repairing seams, doing plaster work, wall or ceiling skinning, or just my favorite prep technique, sanding, Diego and his crew are masters. In a nut shell, the reason Diego's work looks so good, is in effect because of what you don't see, the time he and his crew spend prepping. Unless of course you like hanging out while they're prepping, Lol! He's a serious top level professional, efficient, productive and most importantly, very very good at what he does.
