Nicole and Stephanie have gone above and beyond in helping me put together an amazing living space for our family. From light fixtures, paint colors, surface materials, furnishings to giving me the thumbs up or thumbs down on things I have picked out myself. Their honesty, professionalism and knowledge has been impressive. Their patience has made the overwhelming decorating process exciting and fun. I highly recommend Nicole and Stephanie! They really are talented at what they do and have exceeded all of my expectations.

I have worked for many interior designers in NYC, I have also worked for Dalliance Design on multiple projects in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Stephanie and Nicole are professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to their clients. Working for them was a great experience, since their projects have been very well coordinated, and free of the typical problems that usually bog down large design projects,that I have suffered while working for other firms. They are easy to work for, and easy to communicate with, and are quick to resolve any issues that eventually arise. Their clients are well served. I hired Nicole and Stephanie to help furnish four rooms in our rebuilt home. They have exquisite taste, and were wonderful to work with! I was one of those picky, pain-in-the-you know-what-clients with a limited budget, but they were unbelievably patient and collaborative in helping put together decor that was eclectic, classy and unique.. Hiring Stephanie and Nicole of Dalliance Design was the best decision I have made for my new home. I recently moved into an apartment in New York City and was looking for an interior designer to come in and make this place something special. I met with several different designers, but non seemed to provide the unparalleled perspective I was looking for. Once I was introduced to Stephanie and Nicole, I knew I was on to something different. They captured my vision but provided a unique touch where others were otherwise not able to. Throughout the project, I was more than pleased with their willingness to go above and beyond. In one particular occasion, I fell in love with a particular chair that was no longer in stock at a local store. Stephanie and Nicole were able to source through their connections a nearly identical piece. It was this level of service that I don't often see these days. I was beyond thrilled. Both are consummate professionals. They provided constant updates. Were very accommodating. And managed within the budget I had. Overall, the relationship was extremely fulfilling. I have no doubt I will hire the two of them in the future as I make further updates to my place. I hired Dalliance Design to provide extensive interior design services for my home remodeling project. Specificslly, they lent their expertise in the areas of space planning, room layout and design. In additions to curating all of the furniture, lighting and decorative accessories for practically all of the living spaces in my home, they also offered their valuable expertise in helping me to figure out how to re-purpose some existing pieces that I already had so that they worked with the new design scheme. They were a joy to work with and we are all thrilled with the outcome of our project.

I had the pleasure of working with Nicole and Stephanie after rebuilding a house that was damaged by Hurricane Sandy. The reconstruction process did not go quite as smoothly as I would have hoped, and as a result, both my patience and budget where running low by the time I was ready to furnish; I could not be more pleased with the help and insight they provided. Throughout the entire process, I felt very comfortable in their evidently capable hands. It was obvious that they weren’t just recycling cookie-cutter designs, as I certainly feel they captured the ideals I had in my mind while putting their own unique flair on things. I love the ideas they came up with, but in the rare instances where I balked, I was relieved about the ease of communication and the back-and-forth they welcomed. They were attentive to my needs and questions, rather than pushing me to purchase pieces that I didn’t feel confident in. And perhaps most importantly, at the end of a long and arduous building process, we were able to stay within what I considered to be a very reasonable budget. Nicole and Stephanie took what could have been another in a series of unpleasant house-related experiences and came in as a breath of fresh air. All in all, this was an extremely pleasant experience—one that I have and will share with friends and family. Definitely worth the time and money!

Nicole understood we were on a budget and never pressured us to purchase anything that was above and beyond what we were willing to spend. When we first met, Nicole had already put together a floor plan of what items would fit in our space as well as showed us some great options on pieces from different vendors. We went to one of her trade resources where we looked at various pieces and fabrics. Nicole really helped us understand space and scale, and how to pull together a fantastic living area.
