MP Builders does a great job. Very experienced and thoughtful in their work. Best part is their commitment to getting projects completed in the timeframe given and staying within budget. If any change is seen for more time or more cost, Mike gives ample heads up and discussion about it. Highly recommend.

It was my first time using the company, and I would do so again. MP was my "wild card" when I was getting bids to remodel a circa 1990 kitchen in my 1931 home. Earlier, I had received in the mail an MP Builders postcard, which I put aside because I knew I wanted to get my kitchen done a few months later. In addition to MP's quote, I had sought bids from other two contractors I had used before. But owner Mike Parkinson's bid came significantly lower than the other two and within my budget. Despite the difference between his bid and the others, I didn't feel I was going to be compromising quality at all by going with MP. I was encouraged by the prior reviews of the company, and early on I determined that Mike is professional and easy to work with. Mike was responsive to my questions and kept me updated throughout the project. His crew members are good guys, too. They showed up on time, and, along with Mike, they took pride in maintaining a clean job site. They took care to sweep, mop and pack up each day. Mike and the crew reviewed/previewed the day's work with me, paid attention to detail, and reused existing materials when possible, which helped keep costs down and helped make new features appear as if they'd always been part of the house. Mike also worked on the job himself. Between my design choices and MP Builders' craftsmanship, as Mike said, I now have a kitchen that looks as if it were architect-designed and looks as if it cost nearly twice as much as it did.

We recently remodeled our entire first floor with MP Builders. The craftsmen ship and professionalism that they exemplified were excellent. The finishing details that were done, really made the project extra special. Mike and his staff listened to all of my questions and concerns and lent solutions. We felt very comfortable leaving him and his crew in our house, while we were at work. He understood the disruption that the project was bringing to our family's lives, and did his best to make it as easy as possible. The timeline outlined for our remodel was 4-6 weeks, which was completed in 4 weeks exactly, while taking sufficient amount of time to make sure the task was completed correctly. We would highly recommend MP Builders for any building needs. The cost of the project was very fair, while efficiently delivering an excellent product!

The company totally transformed my outdated master and guest bath! Not only did the update it but they remodeled it. The installed new plumbing and electric recessed lights. They built a custom tile shower in the master and a guest tub with beautiful wall tile. I would give them A+++++ for craftsmanship and quality service. They keep me updated along the way and always accepted my input. The workers were friendly and trustworthy. I will definitely be using MP Remodeling again.
