I was very pleased with Ms. Veermans work. She was very professional, prompt, available and friendly. Easy to talk to, open to my suggestions and quite helpful with advice on all my concerns. She had great ideas with practical applications and was also very helpful with choosing colors. I felt very comfortable working with her. The end result was a success!

Caroline is an incredibly talented and professional designer. We couldn't be happier with her creativity and problem solving solutions in the design of our dream home in Encinitas, CA. Our project had several potential challenges with the limitations of remodeling an existing house, but with her vision and experience, we were able to create a beautifully constructed home with attention to detail, open and naturally lit living spaces, all within our modest budget. We recommend Caroline to anyone building or remodeling their homes, and we tell everyone how easy she made the permitting process, and absolutely delivered a work of art in the design of our space.

We had plans drawn up for our once in a lifetime major remodel. When I asked my wife if she was excited, she realized that what the architect had designed wasn't really what she wanted, he was very difficult to communicate with, and didn't really listen to her. I had recently worked with Caroline on a couple of her projects as a contractor and was impressed with her detail. We contacted Caroline and after consulting with my wife and seeing our drawings her comment was, "these plans don't include any of the components or style that you are describing on your wish list". Long story short, Caroline "listens". She then helped us end up with an amazing home that reflects what we wanted. Caroline is detailed and patient listener who never talks over you. She does beautiful detailed designs and my wife and I are so happy that we were able to get help from Caroline.

I have hired Caroline twice now. Excellent jobs. Caroline met with us and listened to what we wanted, then produced beautiful sketches of what she thought would work. When we approved she produced technical drawings with detailed specs that were excellent for the contractors. When a glitch occurred (a purchased window didn't work) she corrected it immediately. Projects were on time and at budget. I will hire her for our next job.

I have known Caroline for many years and can’t think of nother Design Professional that cares as much for her clients as she does. Caroline is not only a superb designer but an amazing water color artist. Her preliminary drawings for her clients bring the project to life and the completed job actually represents what the drawings showed int he beginning.

Caroline created the design for our remodel project. Her ability to listen to our thoughts and ideas, and then transform them into exactly what we wanted was amazing. Her attention to detail, her creativity and her vision are beyond compare. In addition to creating the design she worked closely (and effectively) with the contractor to ensure that the results were perfect. I wish I could give her more than five stars!

We used Caroline as our designer and consultant for our Master suite addition, which included adding a bathroom and modifying another existing room (office). Caroline is thoughtful and listens to your needs and input while offering her own expertise. She worked smoothly with our contractor. He loved having her input! She is detail oriented. Our project came in on budget and on time. Whenever a glitch came up (which always will) she took care of it in a timely manner and followed through with the others involved. Caroline also has the knowledge of "green" options. She gives you these options and the pros and cons of each. I would never do a construction job without her. She will take your stress away. She worries about the details so you don't have to.

We hired Caroline to help us with remodeling design ideas for our home. Caroline is very personable, a good listener, very engaged and came up with innovative ideas. Her plans are very detailed and thorough. Throughout the process Caroline was very communicative and flexible and remained highly enthusiastic. Caroline helped us with a complete home remodeling to a "Spanish style" home that we always wanted. The project turned out beautiful and we were so happy with it. Caroline paid to all the details and guided the contractor to make sure that the crew did everything perfectly, which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend Caroline for her creativity, listening to her client's needs and her dedication to make sure the project turns out perfect.

Caroline Veerman was absolutely wonderful to work with on our major home remodeling project. First, she asked me what design elements I liked and wanted to have incorporated into my project. Caroline is an amazingly talented professional. She is also very considerate and detail oriented. I totally endorse her work. We had a transformational remodel on the interior of our home. She took a dark, cookie cutter ranch home and made it into a beautiful craftsman style home with light and functionality.
