I have waited a year to post a review because I wanted to make sure that everything they claimed would occur in the first year, did actually happen- and the team did not disappoint! To say we were impressed from start to finish is a huge understatement. The ease of purchasing the spec home was incredible; the response time when items needed to be addressed was amazing; and the follow through for our one month, four month, and 11 month check in is so reassuring. There were very few items that needed to be addressed (think nail pops, a squeak in the floor, etc) so you know the quality is top of the line. Chris is fantastic to work with and he always goes above and beyond to make sure clients are satisfied with his work. Although this is our forever home, we would use Custom Home Group again in a heartbeat and will refer them to everyone we know.

We cannot be more thrilled with the home that Custom Home Group built for us. Every member of the CHG team, from its staff to its sub contractors, was professional, skilled and dedicated to making our dream into a reality. Two CHG staff members-Jared Erb and Derrick Siegrist, were particularly outstanding. Jared really paid attention to our ideals and how we wanted to live. He designed our home to be functional, warm and inviting. He expertly guided us through the materials selection process and the myriad of details that went into this project. Derek managed the construction process with confidence and kept us informed, responded to our questions, addressed our concerns and handled any changes that came up thoughtfully and effectively. The result-an amazing, beautiful, efficient, award-winning home that feels like we have lived here forever.

Custom Home Group made designing and building our dream home a joy! Through every step of the process we felt confident in the abilities of the staff to give us the best value for our dollar while delivering unbelievable creativity and dedication as they refined our simple sketches into a breathtaking design and then made it real. The professionalism of the entire team was extraordinary and their friendship and support to us as we moved from out of state into our new home is something we will prize for a long, long time to come. We had been told by many that building a house was a painful process. Obviously they had never built a house with Custom Home Group! We could not be happier.

We chose Custom Home Group to build our family's dream home in Lancaster County, PA. After meeting with Dan Siegrist (owner) and Jared Erb (Designer) we knew we would not be considering any other builder and we could not have been more pleased. The entire staff at Custom Home Group went above and beyond to address any concerns, to provide sound advice and to suggest options to keep us on budget. They were always on time and delivered what they promised. Our home is a five bedroom, four bath "French country-ish" style home with stone and stucco exterior, a finished basement, geo-thermal heat, a study and kitchen with custom cabinetry manufactured in-house by Custom Home Group. Jared Erb, in particular, was a pleasure to work with. Our family enjoyed spending time with him as we designed our dream home. He is a very talented and creative professional who designs practical and pleasing homes. Jared is a fantastic listener, takes and incorporates feedback well, is patient, kind and possesses a wonderful sense of humor. These qualities, and the relationship with your home designer, cannot be overemphasized as the house you are building will become the home you experience many memories in. We wanted someone that would bring out the best from our ideas and Jared and Customer Home Group did that. Our construction manager, Derrick Siegrist, was also a pleasure to work with. He is thorough, has a calm demeanor and treated our new home as if it were his own. The house has met and exceeded all of our expectations. The exterior is truly spectacular and has received many compliments with its peaks, stone front and impressive elevation. We could not be more satisfied.
