I had a very poor experience. She was hired to decorate my kitchen, living room, guest bedroom, and main bath. All renovations and painting had been completed, so her only task was to assist with furniture choices and accessories. For reference, she had a completely empty house to work with. I worked with her for 3 months. She came to do an "installation" for my kitchen and guestroom while I was at work. I received a text telling me it was a "partial success," which translated as a complete lack of detail (no rug pads, no lamp finials, incorrect size plate holders for a plate display, etc.). The end result was disastrous, and looked as if someone had gone to garage sales/second hand stores and randomly gathered items. Crystal even admitted she picked whatever was available at stores "to make it work." Crystal repeatedly showed complete disregard for my preferences for the quality of items in my home. Her "sources" are Hobby Lobby, At Home store, TJ Maxx, IKEA, and Target. Her *design boards* are replications of those on Pinterest. She is not familiar with the various decorating styles, and has to consult with her "associates," who are not professional interior designers. Said "consultations" are several hour pinning sessions on Pinterest, which you will be charged for. She commissioned someone to paint a bathroom vanity and bedroom furniture, yet she had never worked with this individual, and could not provide his name for me so that I could review his work before agreeing to hire him. Crystal does not have a degree in Interior Design. I knew this upon interviewing her, but chose to hire her based upon her online portfolio, and how she presented herself at our initial meeting. I should have trusted my better judgment, and hired a real professional. In the end, I did not have a single room completed, and am out of pocket almost $3000 just for her fees alone. I have written this in hopes that I can spare someone else some heartache. I experienced someone who did not care about my time, money, and most importantly, my home.

I had a excellent experience with Crystal! I was feeling overwhelmed trying to decorate my bedroom and living room and just didn't know where to start. Crystal came in evaluated the rooms, extensively interviewed me about my taste, budget and end goals for the rooms. I couldn't be more pleased with the final product and creativity. I have a couple of more rooms to decorate and I already know who I am calling for this job!

Crystal is passionate, creative, and fun to work with. She helped me select hardwood flooring, paint colors, and create design boards for my new home. She is very knowledgeable of the products and resources to use for a successful finished project. It relieved a lot of stress for me to know that my home project decisions were in very capable and experienced hands. I appreciate Crystal's honesty, integrity, and felt that she always had my best interest in mind. I look forward to working with Crystal on future projects and would highly recommend her to you!

Crystal Spriggs Brockwell Designs took my spare room and turned it into an updated cozy craft room. Crystal did an amazing job of listening to what I wanted and matched it my personality. She went above and beyond to make the craft room unique to my family!

Crystal redecorated the front entrance of our spa giving it a fresh and relaxing feel. She brightened up the wall color and added decor that made the front of our spa look like an oasis. We absolutely love the work she did to make the front of our spa feel more inviting to our clients who walk in the door!
