Since the moment we met with Aaron and he explained the process that Cross uses, we knew they were the right design and renovation company for us. They did an excellent job renovating our kitchen, guest room, and guest bathrooms.

We selected Cross Construction for a very major home renovation after seeing the magnificent remodel they did for our neighbors. Craig Scott is a great visionary and he and his competent, reliable team worked with us from start to finish. As we were novices, they carefully explained everything from design to completion offering great options, practical solutions and cost savings options every step of the way. Craig, Jessica and all the Cross Crew members are friendly, courteous, trustworthy, respectful, work together as a team and always leave the job site clean and orderly. We welcomed them with complete confidence knowing their craftsmanship would be top of the line and highly recommend Cross for their trustworthiness, experience, insight, quality, craftsmanship and remodeling knowledge.

I had them take out the back wall of the house, raise the patio to living area and install Marvin bifold doors 9 feet high by 18 feet wide(6 panels). Added 3 structural beams needed. Wood floors added to expanded living area and breakfast area. A very complex project that they did magnificently. I highly recommend them.

We just moved to San Antonio and our realtor recommend Cross. We wanted to open up our closed off kitchen and completely redesign our master bath and closet along with a remodel of the guest bath, new floors, windows, interior/exterior doors, siding, paint and maybe a metal roof. Craig (President) came to the house and we chatted about design options and the entire process. Architectural drawings and elevation renders along with a complete line item binder detailed the complete estimated cost of the project. We had sticker shock on the estimate... This was not the fault of Cross. Everything had a line item. We just had to reduce scope and phase the project out from a financial aspect. This is why I will always recommend Cross. Craig (again the president of the company) worked with us to reduce scope. The final design was a true collaboration that we just love. Before the project kickoff we were introduced to our Lead on the project, Bruce. Bruce was the first there and last to leave everyday. My family and I were living in the house in what felt like a complete gut and rebuild from the inside out. Bruce and all the team were simply put, GREAT! They took extra steps to clean the job site everyday and were sensitive to us living in a construction zone. Everyone at Cross has been wonderful and easy to work with. I highly recommend Cross for all your remodel needs.

During 2014, Cross Construction completely remodeled the kitchen in our 1915 home. The work exceeded our greatest expectations. An example of the attention to detail can be seen where the hand crafted tiles were applied to the backsplash and walls, the less than 90 degree corners are not noticeable and the subtle differences between tiles is minimized. This attention to detail was exemplified in all their work - full set of new appliances, custom made cabinets, electrical arrangements and outlets, custom made desk with file drawers, etc. We are about to remodel our antique bathroom, and there is only one company that we'll contract for the work - Cross Construction.

Not only did the Cross Construction team exceed my expectations in every way, I was welcomed to become part of the whole development process. Questions were answered in detail; creative suggestions were incorporated midstream; and accommodations were made daily for the structural challenges of my one-hundred-year-plus home. The Cross team consisted of professional, experienced artisans who were courteous, took pride in their work, enjoyed each other, and were respectful. I look forward to working with them again.

This is the fourth time we have hired Cross Construction for remodeling work on our home. The first three times consisted of window and door replacements in 3 different areas of the house. This time we hired them for an addition to our house including a living area, bedroom enlargement, additional bathroom, front porch, workshop, and carport. We continue to be extremely pleased with their quality of work, efficiency, communication, and pricing. Their construction team is knowledgeable, skillful, and friendly. The entire project was completed in 3.5 months, and the new areas blend seamlessly with the old. Thirteen months later, we are still impressed with the fantastic "new" addition Cross Construction built for us.

The remodel of my upstairs was the second major project I have hired Cross Construction to do. As with the first project, there were no money surprises once the project commenced. It was completed on time. The workers were all very professional, courteous, concerned about maintaining a clean job site and paid great attention to detail. It's the first firm I've worked with that scheduled and held a 90 day post-construction visit to the site to see if anything needed to be done. I'm trying to think of what the next project could be. I highly recommend Cross Construction.

Cross Construction is the best Construction Company. They are personable, organized and very timely!! Even after being finished with our job, we are still in great communication with the company and if/when we need them they come right away.

I could go on for pages describing just how perfect the renovation of our beloved Lakehouse at Canyon Lake with Cross Construction went, but I would lose readers after a few paragraphs. I'll list just a few points to attempt to describe the joy of our experience: 1) If you want the contractor you hire to do everything they say they will do, to do everything when they say they will, to have your job-site be the cleanest one attainable, and to have professional and caring crews, then Cross is the one to choose. 2) The designs and drawings from the designer and architect associated with Cross, and the workmanship and execution of Cross to put life into the drawings, literally brought my sister to tears of joy when she first saw the finished product. 3) We are saving our money for a second phase of the Lakehouse renovation, and we will call only Craig Scott at Cross when the time comes.

Cross Construction did a to-the-studs kitchen remodel for us, as well as refinishing floors, interior paint and miscellaneous cabinet work in other parts of the house. I recommend them without reservation for a quality job. They were professional, competent and very pleasant to work with throughout the project. I was given a detailed bid prior to starting the project, and they worked patiently with me on changes. During the course of the project, any snags were dealt with quickly and professionally. Questions or concerns were always addressed immediately. The crew showed up on time every single day, and kept me in the loop as to the status of the project. We had a warranty issue with the floor months after the completion of the project, and Cross worked with the subcontractor until it was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I couldn't be more pleased with the final result and fully intend to use them again on future projects.

We moved into a 1955 ranch house with a dated, non functioning master bath and dark paneled living area in which the only light source were two sliding glass doors on either side of a red brick fireplace. The floor in the living area was carpeted hiding an original oak floor and a concrete foundation add-on. Cross Construction remodeled the bath, re carpeted and painted the adjoining masterbath. They oversaw the installation of new oak flooring and refinishing of the original in the living area, entryway and a small tiled area of the hallway to the bedrooms resulting in a cohesive flow between the adjoining areas. They installed Marvin french doors replacing the sliding doors and replaced through out the house Marvin casement windows. The whole project took two months while we lived in a back room. There was a crew member designated project manager who was first to arrive and last to leave making sure every evening the timeline was met and all was cleaned up.The crew arrived every morning at seven on the dot, professional and well mannered, becoming part of the family to the frustration of our two dachshunds. Craig Scott the owner was thorough and upfront with all costs in the initial planning and with the inevitable surprises associated with remodeling. We chose to contract the electrician ourselves thinking it would reduce costs but found we had no control of their timeliness and the coordination of work, we learned our lesson. This project made our newly purchased home comfortable and pleasing for us but there still remains a kitchen and laundry room redo in the future. Without hesitation Cross Construction will be our contractor of choice.
