We hired Crossford to build our new custom home. Our build experience was very good - they were timely, professional and put a lot of care and effort into the work they did. Our only real issue arose with one aspect of the house. The source of the problem was not necessarily straight forward; it could be the product, installation, design or any combination of those things. But the bottom line is that we expected our builder to correct the problem quickly. At this point and time, 6 years later, we are still working with them to find a resolution.

We have had Crossford Construction for 2 separate renovations in our home, and both times we were incredibly happy with the results. They are professional, always quick to answer any concerns, and a real pleasure to have working in our home. We would hire them again in a heartbeat, and are happy to recommend them to friends in Ottawa.

Excellent workmanship, better than I have ever had anywhere. Professional management of the project (a big one) from Lindsay Nicol, using excellent judgment from years in the business. As someone told us before we hired them, you may pay a little but more but you will know that every board behind those walls is at a perfect right angle - that every requirement is not just met, but met with care. I'd hire them again in a second.

We hired Crossford Construction to do two complete home renovations. Each renovation was on time, on budget and above expectations. Both homes were 60+ years old and had hidden challenges. Crossford met those challenges and stepped up when things went bad. We sold our first home with a huge profit and enjoy the second renovation every day. We've recommended Crossford numerous times and our friends have been just as happy.
