We had a fire in our Rental in Post Falls that caused extensive damage. We had Creekside bid for the insurance job and they did a great Job. Dave is a great communicator and kept us informed every step of the way. Since we were out of the area Dave also made some suggestions to bring our home up to date and the finish product was well done. The insurance company said to expect the job to take up to a year to complete. Creekside construction got it done in about 4 months - fair, honest and they do a great job. Thanks much Dave.

I'm having a home built by Creekside. Great to work with and love the design of the home. The home is running on time and the builder is keeping me appraised of what they are doing and asks for my input.

Following work was carried out by the company. 6 section of front drive rebar and re-pour of new concrete.Get permit from City of Post Falls.. Concrete slab to meet up with existing on both sides.Excavate piers and prep for inspection. Build up Patio cover 25x12 with posts, beams, rafters and sheeting.Drip edge and composition roofing and match existing. The task was completed to a very high standard, my neighbors are very impressed by it. I have no hesitation in recommending this company, we are very satisfied of the work done and we will use this company for any future project.

Leaking upstairs shower caused damage to floor and ceiling in other rooms. Dave Adams provided a most professional and accurate assessment of the problem, brought in the right people to address the problem, and within a few days the issue was completely corrected. No leaks, all damage repaired. Throughout the process Dave keep us informed daily as to what to expect, and what we could do to mitigate costs. Very, very pleased with Dave and with Creekside.

My experience with Creekside Construction was remarkable! Creekside is hard working, honest, and they truly care about you! Creekside's quality of work and craftsmanship was top notch!!! Not to mention throughout our build the communication was wonderful! I would highly recommend this amazing group of people to do any of your construction needs!

We were so pleased with Creekside when they remodeled our house, that we hired them when it became our responsibility to oversee our son's remodel while he was overseas. Both projects entailed complete updates including kitchens and baths.

Brent and Mike were great to work with. Helped with redesigning my front entrance and coming up with a solution to a hot upstairs bedroom. They kept in contact and did what they said they would. I recommend this company
