I have no hesitation in recommending Creative Developments. They have been totally professional from start to finish for the dormer roof extension project at my property. Right from the outset I was impressed – the quotation was very clear and transparent with all items listed and explained. The work itself has been excellent – the team on site were all committed and highly proficient and keen to deliver a great outcome. Importantly, they were also thoughtful and courteous and were a pleasure to deal with remaining flexible and accommodating throughout. Communication during the project was excellent and I was kept informed all times about what was happening. I also really appreciated the monthly invoicing and so only having to pay for work once it was satisfactorily completed and also liked the clear explanation for any minor cost variances which were always agreed with me in advance. And the final completion of the project is even better than expected and something we are delighted to show off to friends and family. All in all I am so pleased I chose Creative Developments to do the work!

Creative were professional from the moment we invited them to quote, right through to completion of the project. They were able to understand our vision for the property and guide us through any decision points to achieve that vision. Their core team was courteous and friendly throughout and very approachable when we had questions or changes we wanted to make as the project progressed. The team at Creative took on our project in December 2019, it was a large 2 storey extension and a complete gut, reconfiguration and remodel inside including full new roof. They stepped up to the challenge when we told them we needed the house liveable by September 2020 as our moving date had dramatically come forward and they got us in. Now finished the house is fantastic and the team were always on hand to help and to share their experience on things they thought could be better designed or function better. They have also been great and coming back to sort snagging and anything that wasn’t quite right.

Creative Developments built a workshop to the side and rear of our house. This involved extensive groundworks as a bank of earth had to be removed to make space for the building and a large retaining wall built. It is a bit traumatic having groundworks done, not something we had experienced before and the space for the machinery to work in was small. The team doing the work were great and very sensitive to us as customers through this. All the staff that came were very customer focussed also. The plans for the building changed a bit through the build and everyone was open to our input. The initial design with a rafterless roof is brilliant as is the suspended electrical installation. We love the building and so does everyone who has seen it. This has been a terrible year for everyone and the staff must have faced challenges, as other businesses, but they were always cheerful. In 2018, I approached a number of Builders for the purpose of building a two bedroom Annexe to an existing family home and among those was Creative Developments, who, like the other builders had been found via an online search. As a first time new build ‘builder’ I knew nothing and was new to the process. My first meeting was with Tim Williams and David Bailey and immediately we all bonded. So, the fact that they are very likeable immediately worked in their favour. When it came to price which is of course, a consideration for everybody, they competitively priced, but were also contributory with ideas to help me think through the build. When it came to making a decision, it was how they delivered the price that set them apart from every other builder that quoted. Each aspect of the build was separately detailed by item, number of said items, price per item and scheduled over time so that we knew when each stage of the build would start and end and of course, the final cost. It was this level of detail that gave me the comfort and reassurance to go with Creative combined with the people too. I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone reading this that you invite Creative Developments to come and see you and ultimately, secure them as your chosen builder. We have a wonderful home and to call it an Annexe is a bit unfair. In all reality, it is a fantastic, independent and future- proofed home that a family can easily live in.

Excellent in every respect. In my various discussions before and during my project both Tim and Dave were very knowledgeable and helpful. We felt my ideas were listened to and they were able to give me great advice to ensure what we was looking to achievable and particle. They have great guys on site too. The site manager and team were friendly, helpful and they respected us as a family by keeping areas clean, tidy and safe for our young children. We would be happy to use this company again as they come highly recommended
