I rarely leave a negative feedback. This time, I have no other way to communicate my disappointment with regard to Drew. Two years ago, we had him build a library in Wilmington which took a long time but was very well done. Then, we planned to build other libraries around the house and Drew promised to prepare designs. Three months passed, no calls from him. We went to his office and his excuse was he was very busy. Fine, we trusted him. Then, and afterward, no call, no quote! Meanwhile, we came to Wilmington, we moved all our furniture to NC from NY, and Drew agreed to adjust two pieces of furniture within a day and send us quotes for the extra libraries we needed. We still trusted him at that time. He even came to pick up our old furniture to cut, and promised he would take care of it the day after, and that would take only one hour of his time. He left us with no reply, no call, no email. We had to go to his warehouse to find him. He then declared he was not interested in doing such a small job, since he was a “furniture maker”. We wonder why he agreed about it earlier… I feel sorry for Drew. I believe his success made his head swollen. When we met him, we was “new” in Wilmington, and now his pride has taken another direction. Bottom line: he just sent us back the pieces of furniture he had promised to us he would cut, without any work done on them. This is so disrespectful from his part. He has no word. I hope he will succeed, but I have some doubts about his reliability and respect toward his customers, once the payment is made, Very disappointed

We first hired Drew to build a new bookcase/entertainment center for our Family Room. Having done such a beautiful job, we then hired him to design and custom build cabinets for a gut remodel of our kitchen and Butler's Pantry. Solid work, excellent communications, fantastic employees, and his creative spirit are what make his company great. Drew and crew take great pride in their work and it shows.

Drew created cabinet that matched our existing cabinets and it looks great!! he also painted all our kitchen cabinets. The crew was very professional and timely. He stayed in constant communication and gave updates on his progress. He has a great eye and vision. He also custom made cabinets in our laundry room, playroom, and a bench seat. We get many compliments about the work he has done and highly recommend this company. Creative Custom Wookworks had the best price and did fantastic work!!

Drew Salley has a very creative mind ,where he is always pushing the envelope to bring a sparkle to his clients eyes. His craftsmanship surpasses most and he thinks outside the box. Creative Custom Woodworks is the custom woodworking company for all your small or large projects!

Drew Salley of Creative Custom Woodworks and his crew, have been excellent to work with. He has been extremely helpful guiding me through the design process for the kitchen and two baths in my new home. His estimate was timely, detailed and reasonable and his attention to my specific requests was outstanding. I had pursued estimates with 4 other contractors and chose Mr. Sally as the most professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Creative Custom Woodworks built a custom shelving unit for our living room. The owner, Drew, spent time with us personally in our home to determine what our needs were and what options made the most sense for the space. We could not be happier with the final product and the value it has added to our home. We continue to recommend Creative Custom Woodworks to friends and family and would not hesitate using them again for future projects.

We could not be more pleased with this company. We hired them to build and install built in cabinets on either side of our fireplace in our family room. We had a basic idea of what we wanted but they were able to take what we said we wanted to come up with beautiful designs. The cabinets turn out great and even hold more than we thought they would. They were a great company to work with and very accommodating. We have future projects that we know we will use them for. I would certainly recommend them.
