5 Years ago, we contracted Creation Builders to remodel a small bathroom; move the toilet to the other side of the room, replace the vanity, and replace the bath for a shower. During the works, they claimed extra work costing an extra $1000 just to reroute the sewage line. we saw however that the sewage line was not rerouted, just laid as was intended before extra work was claimed, but at the time of final payment, they claimed the extra work was done. We had proof of the contrary. The finish of the work was very poor and a year later I had to call them back to re-grout most of the shower, it was disintegrating. Now 5 years later, the whole shower-pan and dam and grout lines have to be redone at the cost of a $2000. The dam was so poorly constructed it was crumbling during the removal of the tiles. We had leakage everywhere and even the toilet was placed incorrectly over the hole and sealed poorly, this all needed to be redone too. The pan was laid incorrect causing the non-dra

Creation Builders team was extremely helpful and friendly in our home renovation project. They installed granite counter tops in our kitchen and living room bar area and subway tile back splash in the kitchen. Home construction can be stressful however they completed the project within a reasonably quick time frame and their prices are fair.

Creation Builders did a great job on some home repairs I had done. They fixed the water pressure in my kitchen sink, fixed a trim piece on my roof peak, hung a grab bar in my bathtub, and a handrail to my steps leading from the house to the garage. The guys were very respectful of my home, super professional, and friendly. Great work guys! Highly recommended!

After buying a 1940s house, we've gone through a lot of projects including a full rebuild of our kitchen and their team was very helpful in suggesting us the best, From the schedule, to the budget, to the quality of work, everything was very precise.
