Cathy Reed, owner of CR Design LLC, provides experienced home staging, professional organization and interior design services in the Charlotte metro and surrounding areas. Cathy has always been artistically talented, though she pursued a business career early on, art and design have always been on her mind. Now she brings that business acumen and design savvy together to help both staging clients maximize their listings as well as home design clients their homes with their updated furnishings and design. For our home staging services, we know most home buyers make up their minds within the first 10 minutes they walk into the house. We make your home with our staging the one they remember. Whether you are a builder, real estate agent, or looking to maximize your own home's listing, we can help make the most of your home's sale with our staging services. CR Interior Design made the staging of our property a wonderful experience. We were on the market for 4 days! CR Interior Design, principal Cathy Reed, was highly recommended to me by several associates. After a thorough interview, I was very impressed with her keen sense of design intent and business action plan for our staging assignment. Cathy provided an in-house analysis and then came back quickly with a solution for creating a visually 'lighting effect' for our home. Cathy organized an efficient and smooth stage set-up and delivery event with her team. She effectively coordinated a cohesive look that enhanced the desired look for the sale of our home. In addition, Cathy was quick to respond on inquiries that I generated for further changes and provided great inputs. I enjoyed working with Cathy, as her style is professional and she has a delightful personality. At the close of the contract term, Cathy facilitated another smooth transition and was flexible with the de-installation process which was greatly appreciated. I would without hesitation, recommend her services.

CR Interior Design did a fabulous job transforming my ordinary house into a Halloween and Welcome Home party for my daughter. She didn’t have a long time since it was a short notice surprise party .Everyone at the party loved the decorating. I hope to hire her back to turn my house into a Christmas wonderland.

Madison-Simmons Homes & Communities experience with CR Interior Design has been beyond positive. From our first meeting, Cathy understood our vision and budget for staging our home building company's model home. Her attention to detail is amazing and she carefully selects furniture. Cathy did a really fantastic job staging our home before we sold it. She really brought out the best features in every room by integrating some of our own finishes with hers which made it still feel like home and not a showroom. We had an offer on the home in 3 days.

CR Interior Design was highly recommended by 4G Construction. We soon discovered the reason they referred us to Cathy the owner.She was able to capture our vision and style quickly, this was important as we had less then two weeks to furnish a whole office. By the second visit she had narrowed down furniture styles for us to choose from and had many pieces of her own invintory to choose from as well. Not to mention her kind and gentle personality makes her a pleasure to work with. You couldn’t go wrong in chosen her for your next project.

Cathy did a fantastic job designing my new home. Her innovative ideas with some challenging spaces made me fall in love with rooms I wasn't utilizing.
