I was recommended Cranleigh Bathrooms by my builder when we were undergoing a large extension last year. I worked closely with their designer to plan my new family bathroom, ensuite and cloakroom. The service I received was very professional, they were highly knowledgeable of all the product ranges available, there was great attention to detail abd they liaised with my plumber when necessary. Cranleigh Bathrooms were great at offering a good selection of known brand items and very good quality alternatives. They are very patient and guide you through your selection with realistic consideration to your budget. All quotes were clearly laid out with no nasty surprises. All items were delivered within the times given and longer lead times were clearly explained when deciding upon products. On the two occasions where there was a problem with the delivered products, these were resolved very quickly. I have received positive comments on all the bathrooms we've installed and am one happy customer.

Cranleigh Bathrooms provided a full design service for us - their ideas were creative and they worked with us to find quality products within our budget. Rebecca's product knowledge was first class but what made Cranleigh Bathrooms stand out was the level of customer service - both pre-and post sales - nothing was too much trouble. I particularly liked the fact they came to measure the rooms and checked for existing services before starting the design work, as well as being comfortable working off architect's plans for the new room.
