He’s a really good salesman. Overall quality of the house is great. But it’s the details. Once he gets paid good luck. He doesn’t seem to be responsible for anything. We have unresolved issues and he doesn’t seem to be interested in fixing any of them. Communication is nonexistent. Be really careful with as he calls it an orientation. It’s supposed to be a walk through. It’s not. Once you sign after your 30 minute (orientation). Good luck.

excellent work, subcontractors were fantastic, worked through the Covid issues fine. Billy has a huge attention to detail and basically planned the entire remodel project. I would highly recommend him.

We were cautious about who to hire and wrote up a detailed list of specifications that became part of the contract with Cranford Homes. We ended up deviating on a few items but ended up within 10% of our budget. The overages were because of some higher quality selections that my wife and I decided during the process of selecting carpet, countertops, etc. We found Billy and his team to be very responsive to questions throughout the process and completely trustworthy while they worked in our home over the 3 to 4 months that the project took to complete. The fact that Billy had an onsite superintendent meant that subcontractors were always kept working and doing the work correctly and up to our standards. Billy accepted our ideas into the scope of the project and he also provided some great ideas and advice throughout the process. When issues arose during the project they were always dealt with quickly whether the problem was discovered by Billy's team or myself. I had no problem getting quick responses from Billy whether by email, text message, or phone call. Cranford Homes was not the lowest bidder for our project, but Billy was recommended by another contractor friend of ours who we trusted. We vetted Cranford homes and they are licensed, bonded, and insured. The quality of the work is excellent. Near the end of the project Billy found a few things that he didn't consider up to his standards such as some trim that was 1/4 inch or so too high because the installers planned for hardwood floors instead of LVP. Billy had has team tear off the finished and painted trim and re-do it. Billy also gave us a complementary upgrade of some stained shiplap in our custom built bench seating area and island in our home theater. The stained shiplap was an idea that I had after the project started but I wasn't going to do because I didn't want to increase the project budget. Billy did the upgrade at his cost because he thought it was such a great idea and it really adds some character to the rooms. In all, we love our Cranford home.

We built a new home in 2016. We had a very positive experience dealing with Billy and we have a beautiful home. He produces a high quality home and provides excellent customer service. We highly recommend Cranford Homes.

Bought a 10 year old home from “Cranford Homes” before I moved in they painted the whole house in side and out side,not only did they paint,they also put a new roof on,I mention this because we never negotiated those items Cranford Homes thought the roof needed replacing,”no cost to us” if I ever need a home in the Coweta county Area Billy Cranford will be my first call. Billy is GREAT!!! My husband and I would highly recommend him. Not only does he do very high quality work, he is the most honest and kindest builder we have ever done business with. He has high standards and very high morals. He got our job done very quickly and under budget. We've never worked with any builder that kept the job site as clean as Billy did. We just can't say enough about him.

My wife and I built our Cranford home 4 years ago (2013). We were, and still are, very happy with the results. Together with Billy and a professional architect, we designed and built our dream home. We get compliments all the time, including last Halloween when a parent accompanied his child to our front door to tell us our house was her favorite in the whole neighborhood. His subs were all professional and his foreman, Scott Gaddy, was a kick to have around, quick with a story and a hammer. Building a house is always challenging, but building with Billy Cranford Homes made it all worthwhile.

In 2011, Billy and Tony, his site supervisor at the time, did a fine job building our studio out building. The building plans required some modifications, which Billy expertly accommodated. I was working overseas during most of the project, and Billy and Tony both worked closely and respectfully with my wife during my absence. We continue to love the building and would gladly use Cranford Home again in the future.

Outstanding quality, integrity, and he has an incredible team that delivers great craftsmanship. If I build another custom home, Cranford Homes will be my first choice.

It is easy for me to write a review for Cranford Homes and to highly endorse Billy Cranford. As an engineer, and this being the 4th house we have built, we may have been a little more picky than most. The first thing we liked about Billy is that he grew up in the trade doing what he now supervises. He knows what a good house looks like and how it should be built from doing it himself. As we reviewed some houses that he currently had under construction, we quickly saw that he was passionate about quality and making sure a Cranford home is structurally sound. The 2nd thing that stood out was the fact that his crew has been with him for more than 15 years. With the volatility of the construction industry, that revealed to his leadership in how he was able to keep his team together. The 3rd thing took a little research. We wanted to make sure Billy was a man of his word. What we heard when we asked, from architect to the companies Cranford Homes purchases their building supplies from was all the same; Billy Cranford's integrity was the highest of anyone they dealt with. Not only does he pay his bills on time, he does what he says he is going to do. When we contracted Billy to build our house, we experienced the same. He maintained a clean jobsite and made himself available to our questions. Billy was a joy to work with and we now consider him a friend. Cranford Homes built our house 8 years ago. If we were to build again, we would do everything in our power to contract with Billy Cranford to build our house all over again.

We hired Cranford Homes, Inc. to build a 3100 sqft custom home in Senoia, GA. Honesty, Integrity, Fair & Dependable are just a few words to describe Cranford Homes, Inc. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the entire process from start to finish. Their reputation amongst all of their suppliers and subs is stellar. They are hard working, excellent communicators and are of the mindset to do it right the first time.
