CRAFT KITCHEN & BATH REVIEW: Recently about a month ago Craft did a kitchen remodeling upon My request, Starting with Karen the Designer, Faith the Coordinator, Rambo, The main man, electrician, plumber, and do it all has a done an outstanding job. When I finally saw My kitchen, It was stunning and more than My expectaion, they did a super job I could not belive it. Rambo an amazing Guy with a lot of talent. I would certainly recommend Craft Kitchen & Bath for anyone who is interested in remodeling their Kitchen. You would be delighted to see the outcome. Craft Kitchen and Bath did a remodel of my Kitchen a couple months ago. The kitchen was the original layout from the 80s. I wanted something newer, fresher and more modern but with the limited space was not sure what could be done. I worked with Karen and told her what my vision was. She was amazing. She took my vision and made it a reality. She has decades of experience, and it shows. I could never have imaged the makeover she accomplished. Faith and Karen were constantly at the house monitoring and ensuring everything was done according to the initial design. I would highly recommend Craft Kitchen and Bath. And can not express my gratitude enough to Karen and Faith for their never-ending attention to the project.

Thank you to Craft Kitchen and Bath for completing our prime bathroom remodel. After getting several estimates from other contractors, we chose Craft because their estimate fell somewhat in the middle, and we liked their showroom products. We liked the concept of “one stop” shopping for the major items (cabinets, tile, flooring, etc.) which could be seen in the showroom. There was also flexibility to purchase items outside the showroom, such as lighting fixtures, toilet, accessories, etc. Throughout this whole process, Karen Michaud was very instrumental in not only helping us make good design decisions, but becoming our go to person when we had any questions. She was always quick to help when we were researching for products and kept our goals in mind. Once the project started, Project Coordinator, Fatih Kutay, was mindful of keeping the project moving in a timely fashion and kept us apprised of the schedule. The two-man (sometimes three) on-site subcontractor crew worked very efficiently and cleaned up the work area every day. For the most part, the head subcontractor did confer with us as to our preferences. Having said that, the few issues that arose were handled to our satisfaction and in a timely manner by the Craft team. We love, relax, and enjoy spending time in our beautiful renovated prime bathroom!

Craft Kitchen and Bath team has been phenomenal! We are extremely pleased with professionalism, craftsmanship and the overall quality of the work of our master bathroom remodeled. From the day we received the estimate until the very end we collaborate directly with a specific team assigned to our project which I cannot speak highly enough about. The team arrived on time, were polite and explained each days projected work and answered any questions we had about the project. Craft kitchen and Bath ensure the carpet, flooring and walls were protected in the master bedroom and any area not directly being worked on was protected using plastic sheeting and floor protections. They involved us in the final details by asking for our preferences as required. This was crucial and the result was a customized product that accommodated our specific needs. Kraft Kitchen and Bath completed the project on time and on budget. A thorough cleaning was completed at the end of the project. We would work with Craft Kitchen & Bath again and strongly recommend them to anyone that is thinking of remodeling their bathrooms.

If you are planning on renovating a bathroom to, we strongly recommend Craft Kitchen and Bath. We just completed a total overhaul of our master bathroom and the first floor powder room. The project, start to finish, greatly exceeded our expectations. Our experience with their Senior Designer, Mike Vonal, was phenomenal. He was instrumental in capturing our thoughts and ideas and made sure that everything was done perfectly, down to the smallest detail. The construction team, led by Angel Arce, attended to detail, ensured quality in their work, and maintained project schedule. They were very mindful of our schedule and our use of the rest of the house. Their team led by Michael Vonal (who I now txt for other ideas and items on a random basis for help) who was our main designer, meticulously listened to our ideas, taking note of every detail and ensuring that our vision was fully understood. In truth, we were clueless in many aspects and he (Michael) helped guide us through various scenarios and questions. I personally loved that I did not have to do too much thinking. They effortlessly combined their professional insights with my preferences, resulting in a stunning design plan that perfectly reflected our style and functional needs. The execution of the project was extraordinary and no hassles. The project management involved was exactly what I wanted. They demonstrated outstanding craftsmanship and a commitment to perfection. The team involved included Alex and someone else I do not recall his name - but in general there were 3-4 people doing the work every day. Every aspect of the remodeling process, from the demolition to the installation of new fixtures and appliances, was executed with efficiency. It was evident that they took immense pride in their work and the attention to detail by Michael and Alex was great! For the selected quality of the materials, they partnered with top-notch suppliers and ensured that only the finest products were integrated into my kitchen renovation. From the countertops to the sleek cabinetry, every element exuded durability, elegance, and functionality. Price was also a factor for me - which Michael carefully balanced between price and quality. Craft Kitchen and Bath did a complete remodel of my kitchen, dining and living room areas which included demo, reconstruction, electrical, lighting, painting, installation of new counters and tops, dishwasher, sink, cabinets, microwave and flooring. This house was constructed in 1982 and was in need of major overhaul. I am overjoyed with the finished product. It was more than I expected and at a responsible price. I would like to thank Karen (Designer) who came up with great ideas for this project, Alex and his crew for putting it all together with attention to detail and Frank (Owner) for stopping by frequently to ensure the project was on schedule and that I as the home owner was completely satisfied. We had a great experience with our kitchen remodel. Austin the designer, Frank the project manager, and the construction foreman all did a great job. The remodel design was great, the project was kept on track and on time, and the quality of workmanship was excellent. They changed my weirdly shaped island with a huge size rectangular one. Also, they removed my existing cabinets and installed them in my basement like a new kitchen. These guys know how to use any kind of item without wasting them. I'll definitely keep in touch for my bathroom remodel projects!

Mike, Sam and the team were very professional and fun to work with. The work was completed within a reasonable time frame and the project was left clean each day and all trash picked up. Mike Vonal was especially helpful with planning the new kitchen and choosing the right cabinets and hardware. All in all a great experience at a fair price.

We are beyond thrilled with our kitchen remodel. Kate helped envision turning our tiny kitchen into the kitchen of our dreams. We took down walls between our kitchen, dining room and living room. The open floor plan has allowed us to do more entertaining with family and friends. While there were delays due to supply chain and inspections, it was all worth it. We also updated our small powder room with a fun floor Kate recommended. We plan to use Craft in the future for bath remodels.

Reckless, sloppy and poor management!!! We chose Craft Kitchen and Bath to renovate our kitchen in May 2021. The work their subcontractor did was reckless, sloppy and poorly managed. I would never hire them again! The attached pictures highlight some of the poor quality workmanship. In summary, the most egregious things that occurred……. the subcontractor dented our new stainless steel refrigerator while working, and then tried to deny it. They used our stainless steel stove as a workbench and scratched it. Initially, and until I demanded, they did not protect the existing tile floor, even though the Contract required it. Their drywall work and painting was terrible, and they never finished it properly according to Contract specifications. (My wife and I had to sand their drywall patches and re-paint the entire kitchen- walls and trim.) Their trim work (shoe molding, toe kick panels, light fixtures and other visible trim work) was sloppy and poorly finished, relying on gobs of caulking to fill and hide things. And some other work was never even done. After 15 days of working over the course of 4 weeks (the balance of days the subcontractor never showed up -- claiming they had to work on other projects) much to our astonishment they declared they were “done” and would be leaving that afternoon. Given the unexpected cessation of work, the sloppy, poor quality workmanship and things left undone, after preparing and sending Craft an extensive written summary and pictures of the poor quality work, we told Michael Vonal (the designer) and Frank Aksoy (the owner) that Craft needed to send a different, better crew to fix and finish all the work. Two days later, Michael Vonal stopped by to inspect the work first hand and agreed things were not good, promising to get everything corrected. But by August, over 90 days later, Craft had never returned to finish our project, so we were forced to declare a Breach of Contract and withheld the final payment for resources to be able to get the refrigerator repaired and the project completed. A sad, very sad performance by Craft Kitchen and Bath.
