She is always smiling, positive, and indeed a great joy to work with. She has a remarkable talent in remembering, even the smallest of details, even when I wanted to do or purchase “crazy” things. She did an absolutely amazing redesign in my home and I truly love it. Her expertise, recommendations, and designs worked perfectly in creating beautiful rooms while staying within my budget. What we liked the most about working with Sandra at Couture Haus was that she was completely focused on understanding and delivering OUR VISION. She incorporated the elements and items that we wanted to keep into a beautiful, new, and creative design. We were under a tight schedule and Sandra very quickly and efficiently assembled many options for us to choose from. This saved us a significant amount of time and anxiety as we couldn’t have met our schedule and budget without her help. Our project included a complete gut and rebuild of 6 bathrooms, our kitchen, and family room. We also painted, redecorated, and refurnished additional rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed working with her as she was engaging, flexible, upbeat, pragmatic, and professional. She will be our first choice for any future projects.

This was my first time using an interior decorator. Sandra was recommended and she was BETTER than expected. Extremely attentive to detail and very flexible. Mixed some of my old furnishings with new. I’d recommend her in a split second. Great style and an unbelievable person

I hired Sandra to assist me in selecting and placing decor and furnishings, updating a staircase and choosing paint colors after I purchased my Raleigh home. She has a fabulous style and made an extra effort to find creative new ways for me to use furniture I already owned. For example, I had inherited a beautiful white oriental screen and matching table that I had never been able to find a place for. Sandra suggested hanging the screen on a wall and painting the table gold and cutting the legs shorter so it worked perfectly as a coffee table in my living room. She always looked for ways to decrease my costs, which I really appreciated, and she coordinated and supervised all the work that was done. I plan to renovate my kitchen soon and will definitely be calling Sandra. I highly recommend The Couture Haus!

I worked with Sandra from Couture Haus long distance. It felt as she was in the same location as she was on top of every detail. She sent me different mood boards and worked hard to understand my needs and design aesthetic and that all within my budget. She made herself available to talk to my contractors on the phone as needed. Sandra is creative and very strong in the implementation process. Her projects run smoothly from beginning to end. Her fun and bubbly personality is the icing on the cake. Sandra Moncada Mainz is a true professional. I have worked with several designers before, but this is the best experience, even considering that I am quite particular. She works hard to understand your preferences and lifestyle and to recommend wonderful options. She understands color and texture in addition to space. She has wonderful taste, is an excellent project manager and able to keep up with all the moving parts. So far, we have redone our kitchen dining area and a powder room, as well as choosing paint colors for the whole downstairs. We are moving next to the master bedroom. Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Couture Haus; it has saved us time, money, and stress!

Sandra helped us renovate our kitchen and was amazing to work with! I can't say enough about her. She really listened to what we wanted and was able to help us brighten the kitchen and create the look we were going for. She was conscientious about keeping within our budget, and was able to come up with creative ways for saving money, such as moving some of the cabinets around rather than buying new ones. She also helped us with new lighting which made a huge difference when cooking, while also giving us different options for lighting when we entertain. (See before and after pictures below) We are thrilled with the end result, and would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a true professional who knows her stuff and is a joy to work with.

Sandra was absolutely terrific to work with! She listened to what I was trying to achieve and brought me beautiful options to choose from. She had endless patience with our changes (especially when it came to decorating my 15 year old daughter’s room) and captured exactly what we were trying to accomplish.
