Corri was tremendous, patient, thorough, great ideas that we had not considered for our cottage remodeling. She also rescued us with a recommendation on a contractor that we absolutely loved. Her ideas were creative, but practical. She really took into consideration our desires, and was totally understanding of decision-making delays. Very highly recommend her.

Have your Houzz (or HDTV) dreams come true! We picked the property we thought would allow for a relatively small expansion. Before we made the offer we commissioned Corri to confirm that the expansion would fit the property and, as importantly, were there any impediments to getting a building permit. This beginning service was of great assistance for our comfort in the negotiations for the purchase of the land and existing home. To provide the design, Corri took the time to fully understand our goals and our budget to achieve a finished product that we are thrilled to have and occupy. Her design provided excellent flow and space utilization to both indoor and outdoor spaces to provide the comfortable areas for my wife and I when we are there alone. This comfort level is also very effective for family, grand kids and friends as they come and stay for visits. She provided critical “value for money advice” and guided us to the most cost effective solutions for our finishes, this included the reuse of quality windows from the original home, new windows that provide proper light, view and energy efficiency, and additional materials of construction and finish to achieve a green star rating of the completed home. The additional very important activity, important to us, she monitored the construct to the adherence to the approved design. The satisfaction that we feel with the finished product is testimony and confirmation of her architecture capabilities and skills!

Corri Sandwick Architecture designed a 4 unit apartment building for a joint venture between Good Samaritan Ministries and Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity. We found the work to be excellent. Corri was involved in every aspect for the zoning variance to the finishing touches. Very easy to work with and a great design. I look forward to more projects with Corri.

We hired Corri to help us design our custom home in the middle of our family farm. Corri was very thorough and completely professional. She worked well with the builder to make sure that everything went smoothly and ultimately completed on schedule.
