Bill Mohler and Mohler Design did my bathroom floor and tub surround 5 years ago. They did not tear out the vinyl layers (at least 2) prior to the install and just used leveling compound instead. The grout started letting go a year ago. I called Bill, and he said he could fix it but it would be at a reduced rate and the only days he had available last fall were 2 days before Christmas if I had someone else tear out the floor. That of course did not work out for me. They repaired the grout which is of course letting go after a few months. Bill does not return my phone calls or answer my texts. These guys are not cheap. I am beyond unsatisfied with the floor. In addition the tile he bought and used in the shower is irregular and had to be partially ripped out during installation by their best tile guy to try and make it look decent which it does not. Really expensive to have that redone. Beyond disappointed. Still don't have anyone who wants to tear out and replace his defective work. When you trust someone who comes highly recommended and they don't stand behind their work because they are too busy and have too many other high paying clients it is just wrong.

We work with Mohler Design on remodels across Seattle and are consistently delighted with their work. Their team is dependable and easy to communicate with, but most of all meticulous about tile installation. Regardless of the type of tile or layout, the installation is flawless.

They have provided excellent tile work for our high end remodels in kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring. We highly recommend their work for their quality craftsmanship and professionalism.

We just renovated our house and Mohler design was the tile sub. we can't say enough about the quality and design from these guys. WE had a very difficult layout and tile choice in our master that turned out better than we had dreamed of thanks to the skills and quality of these guys. they were fast, neat and amazing in their attention to details.

Bill and his crew are superb. I received quotes in a timely manner. Once approved, tiling progressed quickly. The finished work is gorgeous. I have no reservation in recommending Mohler Design!

You can count on Billy and his crew to do beautiful tile work. We had a very complicated basket weave pattern, and very expensive hand made tiles. They do flawless work. True artisans, and consummate professionals. They were on time and on budget, and it was always a pleasure interacting with Billy or anyone of his crew members. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I hired Mohler Design to do the work on my log home master bath and tile floors. I have done a lot of building and remodeling and can honestly say Bill and his team rate as high as anyone I have ever worked with on any project. Their professionalism, experience and knowledge came through in every aspect of the project from design through installation. They were able to do many of the extra jobs such as heated floor tiles and structural work for the shower - and coordinated well with others working on the project. They completed the project in an amazingly short amount of time and on right on target with the estimate.
