We worked with Victor and his team on a kitchen and bathroom remodel in San Francisco. Not only was the process easy and enjoyable but they came up with creative ways to maximize storage space in the kitchen. His team was respectful of our house and schedule and left the space clean on a daily basis. I would highly recommend them and look forward to working with him in the future.

My husband and I had a great experience working with MTDevelopment on our recent remodel in Hillsborough. Both Victor and Jim were so easy to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable, took the time to listen to our needs and consistently presented us with multiple options. It felt like a truly collaborative process. They were very big on prep work so everyone was on the same page in terms of timelines, budgets, and expectations. Any changes were communicated immediately - with alternative solutions already in place. They also worked great alongside our Designer. Plus, both Jim & Victor are just really personable guys. My husband and I had the chance to work with Victor and the MT Development team when we remodeled our recently purchased condo in downtown San Francisco. It was a wonderful experience through and through, and we would recommend MT Development to anyone. Victor and his team delivered a final product that was exactly what we wanted: an upscale remodel that didn't break the bank and was on time. This happened despite us discovering an unknown water leak during demolition and losing two weeks trying to figure out the location / cause of it. Victor's team worked tirelessly to ascertain where the leak was coming from, eventually identifying the problem in another unit, and made sure that we stayed on track and on budget despite this setback. At every step of the project, Victor and his team made sure they communicated clearly and effectively. You always got a straight answer about what was being done, and their team constantly offered up cost savings ideas for our project; there was never an attempt to upsell us on expensive items that weren't needed. They were respectful of our budget and - despite being much smaller than their average project - we never felt like anything less than a valued client. Overall, my husband and I were thrilled with the work done by MT Development, and the final product far exceeded our hopes and expectations. Victor was meticulous for detail on the punch list walkthrough and made certain that everything was just perfect when completed. We constantly receive compliments about the finishes and workmanship done in our condo (we had rented it for years previously so the "before and after" was known to many of our friends), and we firmly believe that is because we were fortunate enough to work with MT Development. Were we to need building services in the SF Bay Area again, we would contact MT Development with absolute confidence that we were getting the best in the business.

We hired MT Development to tear down and replace two decks and install new glass sliding doors. The work is high quality and passed city inspection with flying colors. The results are beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier. MT Development was very professional. Jim Mika was hands on to make sure things were properly done and that our needs were met. Jim Mika was a real pleasure to work with. The MT team are fantastic! They are reliable, skilled, personable, and most importantly, honest. MT Development did an incredible job on our parking garage seismic retrofit. They worked expediently and were very thorough with their work. They handled all the permitting and inspections, were very professional, and minimized the disruption for our tenants. Overall the project exceeded expectations.
