I have hired Constructive Solutions for numerous remodel projects. The workmanship is second to none. The employees are extremely professional and talented. One criticism: I would rate communication with customers at 2 stars. On more than one project, weeks passed without any update about the planned work.

Fantastic company, did a whole house remodel for us in 2013. Innovative design work helped to completely remake our old so-so home into our dream home. Fantastic workmanship and a really great crew did a super job remaking our home in more than we ever expected. Best of all they finished the project on time and UNDER budget. Can't say enough good things about their work ethic, craftsmanship and professionalism.

I have used and will continue to Constructive Solutions because they have a vision and skill level that goes beyond the typical timber framed or rover stone mountain home that is so common throughout Montana and the Rockies- a more contemporary but still warm and functional approach to western living. I also feel that they have a great understanding of sustainable building practices and methods and how to fit those into realistic daily living.

Constructive Solutions, Inc., completed a beautiful LEED certified home, shop and artist's studio for us in 2010. We are so pleased, not only with the craftsmanship and special considerations in our working relationship, but with the follow up service regarding the workings and settling issues of a new home. Deadlines were met within a reasonable timeframe and communications on change orders were explained in detail. As an artist, it was exciting to be able to see my ideas become reality under Robs direction and my husband's engineering requirements were carried out with great detail. Rob listens well, is a genius of a builder with many innovative, sustainable ideas in his homebuilding ethic and is willing to think out of the box in architectural detailing.
