I hired Jon and Connect Consulting to help complete installations and connections for TVs, cable boxes and a DVD player, and somewhat complicated wireless functionality. They were very solution-driven and price-sensitive, providing helpful information, multiple suggestions and great responsiveness along the way. I couldn't be happier with the process and the results!

Jon, Dan, Mike and the team at connect consulting were amazing! I moved into a house where the lights were somehow installed and programmed by the owner in complete disarray. Jon and the team set up a surge protection for whole house and savant system so I wouldn't loose my home investments and then upgraded and reprogrammed the system to function so that I had control of my house again and enjoy what I thought I had purchased in the beginning when I bought the new house. They truly gave me my house back and I cannot thank them enough!

Connect, is by the Best Company in there field. The have reinvented our home so everything functional , my remotes, ipads, iphones ,etc. We are working on a home theatre as we speak.

I had a terrific experience with John and the team at Connect Consulting. John was incredibly helpful from our first interaction in scoping the project, to laying out options and clearly explaining costs/benefits, and helping us to put together a project that fit our needs and budget. He was always available, responsive, and proactive in moving things forward. In terms of installation, John and his team did a great job--thorough and clean, mindful of our thoughts and parameters, creative and fast. He made a point of following up after everything was completed, too. All in all I was really impressed with their approach, professionalism, and workmanship. I'd definitely work with them again and I recommend them highly.

Connect Consulting has done complete audio/TV/internet projects in our current and previous home as well security system installations. The entire staff is professional, courteous, a pleasure to work with and, importantly, height competent technicians. Jon and I began designing my system while my house was still plans on paper. The system is very sophisticated from 7 TVs to surround sound. Also remote viewing to door locks displaying who is there providing the choice of letting them in or not. Everything is state of the art and all the equipment is located in 1 closet yet interacts together without any visible wires.Automated window shades were also incorporated in Jon's design. Service calls and questions are addressed promptly and if a house call is required should a remote fix not work an expert technician arrives quickly to do whatever is necessary to repair the problem. I trust them enough to provide them with my codes and combinations so they may work here without me being home. Very clean workmanship with great consideration to interior design.

Connect was hired to install and integrate six HD televisions with two DVR's, including surround sound in our family room for one TV, with Sonos systems there, the master bedroom and the deck, in a newly constructed townhouse. Connect did all the pre-wiring in a manner to provide maximum flexibility when it came time for the installation. Connect met with me twice to ascertain my needs and to inform me about the things i didn't know i needed, provided me a detailed proposal, and then co-ordinated with Verizon on "installation day". They purchased and supplied the actual TV's at a price equal to any quote i could get from best buy, so thankfully i didn't have to go and haggle myself. The connect installers were neat, knowledgeable, and very careful. The installers were able to make modifications on the fly and connect was very fair with the pricing. Best of all, the equipment is all simple to use and when you push the button it just works, unlike other installations i've had over the years from other vendors which constantly needed tweaking.
