It was an absolute pleasure to work with Tom (Sensitive Information Hidden) and Colicchio Construction! A tree had fallen on our garage, which led us to rebuild the garage, as well as renovate our kitchen, mudroom, powder room and family room. Everyone we spoke with recommended we reach out to Tom. He has earned the respect of all of his colleagues, employees and clients. Tom’s pride in his work and attention to detail are second to none; he treated our project as if it was his own. Tom was always very responsive, a phone call or text away, as questions on the project inevitably came up. His entire crew and sub-contractors were polite, friendly and delightful to have around the house. Tom is hardworking, diligent, organized and most importantly, kept our project both on schedule and on budget. We would highly recommend Tom and Colicchio Construction!

Never could we have imagined such a fantastic working relationship with our contractor and all of the employees and sub-contractors utilized on our home extension, which included a kitchen/basement extension, kitchen remodel, and re-siding of our home, but that is exactly what we had with Tom Colicchio and the expert team of employees and subcontractors he uses. Before, during, and after the project, Tom treated our house as if it were his own, offering suggestions and solutions to us and importantly, providing his advice on where to and not to spend money. He cared about the quality of our home down to the smallest detail and it showed in every interaction and in the final product. Tom and his team stayed on schedule, were friendly and professional and most importantly, were experts in their field which was evident from the craftsmanship. Tom's sterling reputation for excellence in our community is well earned, but beyond the incredible work, his dedication to our project showed at every step. We cannot recommend him highly enough, and we can't thank him enough for such a terrific job on our home.

Tom and the entire Colicchio Construction team was incredible to work with during the design and the construction of our new garage, indoor/outdoor bar, and home office. As first time homeowners, we took comfort in knowing Tom did the renovation of our home for the previous owner and is well-respected in the community. He brought a practical approach to design, ensuring we didn’t over-design the space leading to potential cost increases. His experience shined as he was able to help us navigate the approval and permitting process, helping us complete the project quickly so we could enjoy it for the summer. His attention to detail and skill were apparent throughout the construction process. He and his team were onsite constantly, overseeing subs and making suggestions throughout the project. We could not be happier with the finished product. All the spaces came out beautifully thanks to Tom and our design team. And although his work is done, Tom continues to manage the details ensuring all issues are addressed. We could recommend Tom highly enough.

Tom and his team are AMAZING. At every step of the journey, Tom provided thoughtful advice, fair and transparent costs and recommendations, and was always available day or night to assuage any concerns. Renovating and building your dream home is a stressful thing to do. We are so happy we chose Colicchio Construction because they took the worry out of it for us. Another benefit to working with Colicchio is the level of quality. You can drive around Westfield and other premier communities in our area and see a big variety in terms of quality and finish. When you see a Colicchio home, you know from the inside and the outside, that there was meticulous attention to detail, the highest standards, and a charm that you just don't see elsewhere. Furthermore, when Tom builds he affords homeowners with the opportunity to see different styles and designs - for example, window trims, moldings, ceiling details, etc - in a variety of applications, at his expense, and gives you the opportunity to decide, shape, and collaborate on them. It is rare to find builders that will give you the opportunity to collaborate like this and get things to exactly where you want them. Tom and his team also don't give up to make sure you are satisfied. If there is an issue, or concern, he runs it to the ground, figures it out, and always makes sure that you are happy. This again, is very rare. His job site cleanliness and safety standards are also very high, we were comfortable touring the build at every stage. I highly recommend Colicchio Construction! We have worked with Tom Colicchio in the past and know he is the ultimate professional. He and his wonderful team come when they say they are coming, are extremely neat cleaning up at the end of each day, and complete the project on time. We are so happy with the Pella Windows that were installed, the previous set of windows Tom installed lasted over 20 years. We will be working with Tom again soon to refresh the kitchen, bathrooms and the rest of the house. Colicchio Construction is an absolute gem and working with them is a real pleasure.

My husband and I have renovated two homes in the past but working with Colicchio Construction to build our new custom home was one of the best decisions we ever made . The standard of care and attention to detail was on another level ! Tom builds or renovates as if it is his own home. He was patient and positive, nothing we asked of him was too much. The crew where equally pleasant and positive to deal with . They are all very professional and know their craft. We are in our new home now and it has surpassed our expectations . I have no hesitation in recommending Colicchio Construction to any one contemplating a renovation or new build.

Tom is amazing! He was so thorough in navigating the reality of our wish list for our kitchen extension and carport/balcony. He consistently checked in with us for our preferences as things came together - because we all know what we see on paper does not always translate to real life! Knowing this, he gave us lots of input along the way and always greeted us with his big smile and warm presence. He is extremely knowledgeable and his work is impeccable. Not to mention his team left my home spic and span at the end of each work day so it never felt like a burden to have them around! WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TOM COLICCHIO for any home improvement/build project.

After many years of hearing horror stories from people about their contractors we were reluctant to ever take on a home improvement project at our home in Westfield. Then one day our neighbors told us about Tom Colicchio. He had just built their house and they told us that he was different. The best of the best. Boy were they right. Tom’s professionalism and attention to detail are without parallel. No item is too small to escape his meticulousness. He instills a striving for excellence into everyone on his team and his sub contractors. We came to look forward to seeing him every morning. He was always cheerful and positive and has an infectious personality. Even when we had to text him late at night he always immediately responded with a calm clear head and addressed all our concerns. Although his signs are all over town he always made us feel like we where the only project he was working on. In the end our addition came out better than we could ever have dreamed. It completely transformed our home and will provide us many years of joy. Our only regret is that the project is complete and we don't get to start our days with Tom and his crew in our home. Tom grew up in Westfield. He really cares!!! His very first comments when we met at our home to discuss our addition was " I will build it like it was my own home". At that moment we knew he was the builder for us. Tom was at our house everyday during our renovation, in fact on most weeks more than once a day. My wife and I were present every day because we both worked from home due to Covid-19. He always reviewed decisions with us right at the time things were happening to ensure there were no mistakes. His attention to detail is unparalleled. We have a 1929 colonial and we wanted to seamlessly blend the old sections with the new. Every molding, door and window is detailed and beautiful and it is difficult to tell which is the old and new section. The quality of his work and workers is exceptional. The job site was cleaned up daily and he requires the same protocol from any of the outside contractors he recommends. He kept the project moving at a consistent pace even during Covid-19 while respecting the fact that his clients and 10 year old golden retriever were still living in the house. We could not imagine what it would have been like using another contractor. We are extremely pleased with the finished product!! Every day we look around and feel so proud of the work Tom and his team accomplished. We highly recommend Tom Colichio for your project large and small!!!
