I would not recommend this company. We were billed $560 to replace 5 toilet handles. 4 hours\$560. We were billed for hours where a technician bought a replacement part that wasn't anywhere close to the quality of the original part. When I called to discuss the charges and ask why we were charged for a technicians mistake they offered us 10% off. We had to pay for a technicians mistake. Very unhappy.

Eric from Cody & Sons solved several plumbing repair problems that have been unresolved by other plumbers over time. From the setting of the appointment through the completion of the job, I received professional and prompt service including an estimate of different costs when I set the appointment, efficient service with an explanation of what Eric was repairing and the cost of each repair. I could not be happier with the repairs and the friendly courteous service that I received. I highly recommend Cody for your plumbing needs!!

Jeff was prompt, very courteous, and knowledgeable. He called ahead of our scheduled meeting time to tell me when he was going to be there.

We have been using Tony @Cody&Sons for a few years now for regular and emergency maintenance of our HVAC and can't say enough good about him and the whole company!! He is keeping our ancient system in working order and always with a smile and a polite 'yes ma'am'. I love that they text me and keep me in the loop. Will definitely keep recommending them to all my friends. A great find!!

From the start, everyone at Cody & Sons has been terrific. Devon helped me get the appointment set and gave me information about the maintenance programs for HVAC and plumbing. We had our first visit today by Jeff and Aaron. They called us alerting us to their arrival time and sent an email with a photograph of the technician. Jeff listened to our description of our situation, explained what he thought needed to be done, and got started right away. Both Jeff and Aaron were courteous to us and very kind to our dogs. Jeff discovered some problems within our systems and remedied them all. We are so pleased with their service that we signed up for the HVAC maintenance program today. We look forward to many years of great service.

This is the second time I have used this company (different houses each time) and the service has been exceptional each time. Jeff came today (15 minutes early after he called to confirm that was ok) and addressed the problem quickly. He was open to every question I asked and provided reassuring answers on the issue we called him out to fix. He also responded to my questions on upgrading to an automated thermostat. I would have spent a lot of time and money on a thermostat that wasn't compatible with my system without his advice. Recommend this company without reservation.

I requested a quote to remove and replace a bathtub in an upstairs bath. From my first phone call the company demonstrated a friendly yet professional style. I was impressed to receive a "Meet our team" email ahead of their visit which included pictures of the two representatives. The quote Brad gave me was competitive and we decided to use Cody and Sons to help us with our remodel job.

Had these guys back out for another issue. Called them after 6p on a weekday and the HVAC tech (Ty) was there before 7:30. Outstanding service and responsiveness.

Very thorough and quick estimates with multiple cost tiers and increasing levels of commitment, from fixing the extreme minimum need to full replacement. We opted for the quick fix to our current air conditioning unit and they were more than happy to take on our smaller project. We will definitely be using them for the inevitable replacement of our older system (lowest and most comprehensive estimate for minisplits - two other companies came out, one was ridiculously high and the other just never got back to us) and in the meantime we will be contacting them next week for a plumbing estimate! They were SO clean (drop cloths, shoe covers, shop vac - important since we have a crawling baby) and very personable and happy to explain each and every step along the way. I've been using Cody and Sons for the past 6 years - ever since I purchased my 1964 house. They have installed 3 faucets, one sink, a dishwasher and a washing machine. They have also fixed both toilets, a tub and just replaced my washing machine drainage pipe. I'm pretty sure I've had all of the plumbers in my house at one time or another - and I never hesitate to call them when I need them. With all the work that has been done, I've never had any issues with any of it. And if I did, they guarantee their work for 2 years (which means they'll come back and fix it for you!). Today, they spent 1.5 hours trying to unclog the washing machine drainage pipe, only to break the news that I needed it replaced. I agreed without hesitation - they've never led me astray before! And I was right again in this case. Cody broke into the wall, took out the pipe and replaced it with a larger one (and newer than the original 1964 one!) and replaced the dry wall right back where he found it. Now I can wash clothes with abandon! Next time I have a plumbing issue, I'm certainly calling them! They also do AC/Heating and I'll be calling them to do a check up on my old Carrier.

I have a 1950s bathroom with pink fixtures. The toilet broke in a way that cannot be fixed so Cody & Sons,replaced the toilet for me. They provided advice along the way as I looked into whether I could get a pink toilet to match the other fixtures. I decided to go with white. The plumbers removed the old toilet, installed the new one, reset a second toilet and put new hoses on the water inlets to my washer. They were very competent, responsible, efficient, quick, considerate, nice to be around, and left the house cleaner than when they began. I highly recommend them and will use them for all my plumbing problems.
