They are very nice until you have a problem There was something wrong with the finish on the tile you could not even touch it and it showed dirt The owner came out to tell me I picked out the tile like I was unaware followed by light tile shows dirt wow that was enlightening He said he was in business 45 years and what a shame in all that time he still did not learn customer service Could and should have been so different what happened to I am so sorry you are unhappy with the tile please come in and choose a different tile I had 2 different flooring companies look at this tile and around 20 friends who agreed there is something wrong with the finish on the top of the tile Imagine a company in business for 45 years that still does not care about customer service They are very nice to you until you have a problem than they are annoyed that you are annoyed and that is disappointing but hopefully you will shop at Avalon which is across the street

Truly painless experience with skilled decorator narrowing down vast array of numerous styles and textures. Building a house quickly becomes overwhelming with many details, but the staff, specifically Emily Anderson, communicated with us consistently with updates and delivery times, and offered excellent help and advice. They have a good variety of product lines for various budgets as well.

We had a wonderful experience exploring the store samples and connecting with Emily to help us find some wonderful tile and keep us in budget! I can't wait until our new home is completely done so I can post pictures! Picking out the tile has been the most fun part of our new construction project.

The prople at Coast are great! They are creative and oh so patient We recently worked with Emily during our home renovation and picking out tiles for three bathrooms...what a task! Emily is awesome to work with for your project
