Outstanding service all around the attention to detail and the work performed We’re all outstanding. I could not be happier, Tom was amazing and explained everything in detail. I got what I ordered and it was done the right way. The crew was on time, cleaned up after themselves and worked fast. They definitely know what they are doing. I could not be happier.

Coastal Landscape and design completed a major revision of our yard - building a retaining wall, hardscape, landscape and irrigation - providing us with a space that not only looks terrific by day, but is lighted to shine dramatically by night. Tom's enthusiasm and expertise took our vision to another level and was transformative. His office as well as his foreman, Frank, are a pleasure to work with. Through the process Tom never failed to take our calls, be on site, help with our choices, and in all respects be a true professional.

All I can say is wow! Tom and his team completed a huge backyard project for me and made the backyard of my dreams a reality. Pergola, firepit, built-in bbq grill, hardscape, softscape, built-in lighting. It all turned out perfectly and what I can say is that not only is Tom very professional in how he works (timely, precise, communicative, and sticks to his word) but he is also truly an artists and clearly loves what he does. I provided a 2D drawing of what I wanted my backyard to look like (designed by a landscape architect) but Tom really made it into a real-life 3D masterpiece. Tom thought about so many details of the project in advance that it really made the entire process very smooth with no major surprises. It was also very easy to make payments as Tom has a nice "pay-as-you-go" payment structure. If I had to do this process all over again I would pick Tom and his team every time! It was really a blessing that I found him.

I highly recommend Coastal Landscape. Tom is very professional, knowledgeable and passionate about his business. He walked us through the step-by-step process for refreshing/upgrading our landscape. He provided a detailed proposal of work and materials which allowed us to pay for the project in two increments. Tom is available and very responsive to questions during the whole process. When a mystery problem cropped up with our irrigation, Tom didn't give up until the problem was solved. George, his project manager, cares about his work and took his time to arrange all the plants to our satisfaction. We will enjoy the finished gardens for years to come!

I cannot give this company enough praise! From start to finish, they walked us through each step of the process for building a block wall for our homeowner. Tom met with me throughout the process to answer any questions and show the progress. They handled all of the permits needed from the city and would have even dealt with the HOA for approval if I had wanted them to. Every deadline was met and every expectation was EXCEEDED! My tenants were extremely pleased with how respectful and efficient their workers were. In property management, you don't often come across a company with such integrity and precision as Coastal Landscape & Design. I never once had to follow-up to make sure that things were on track because they always kept me informed. They made my job so much easier and they made me look great in the eyes of my homeowner and tenants. I would highly recommend them and I cannot wait to use them again for future projects. Coastal landscape and design helped me take my unusable, old backyard and transformed it to a beautiful haven! Tom was very hands on, took time to explain things to me and was very professional as were his whole team. We took out all of the old and put in everything new....He was able to bring my vision to life! I would highly recommend Them!!!

I hired Coastal Landscape & Design to install stone pavers at my home. Both Vanessa and Tom (owner) were very patient with my selection of pavers to be installed as I needed time to review want I liked. His staff removed my front court yard concert walk way in one day than returned to install the irrigation, pavers and add plants I selected on another day. I plan on hiring this company in the near future for my back patio area with the same selection of pavers. I'm very pleased with the work they did and highly recommend this company.

We could not be more happy with Tom and his team and their exceptional work creating and building our front and backyard. Tom stays very close to his projects and is an excellent communicator. His Foreman, Francisco, takes great pride in his work, making sure every detail of our project was perfect and exactly what we were hoping for. The entire team was so respectful, kind and funny. It was a joy to work with each of them. I highly recommend Coastal Landscape and Design and would definitely choose to work with them again.

Tom is an excellent communicator and oversees his projects closely. He has insight you can only have from many years in the field. His crew was professional, courteous, and left a clean job site. They did a beautiful job and were a breath of fresh air after a poor experience I had with another contractor. I highly recommend Tom and his crew!!

We hired Coastal Landscape to remove existing grass and flagstone, pour concrete, and place new flagstone in our backyard. Along the way, we added a few unexpected items to the job, including drainage and electrical work. They were very accommodating and pricing was reasonable. The workers were professional. Our minor complaint was responded to and taken care of on the same day. The end product looks great! We had a party 3 days after the job completion and got nothing but compliments from our guests on the backyard. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other people!

I just recently had my yard redone by Coastal Landscape & Design - removing big trees and old concrete, pouring new concrete, building a new patio wood structure, building a new yard gate and repair an old fence, and planting new plants. Tom Gonzales and his crew were very professional, did a very good job overall. Tom is very responsive and professional, very responsive, always responded to my messages in a timely manner. He took care of getting a permit from the city for my patio, picking up heavy items from The Home Depot for me, and even recommended me to a nursery where they gave me a 20% discount through his referral. I would recommend this company.

Coastal landscape and design did an amazing job on my courtyard! I could not of asked for a more professional, courteous team. Every day they cleaned up after themselves and the end result was an amazing beautiful courtyard that project exactly the image I had in my mind! I’ve worked with other contractor in the past and response is usually an issue. Not with Tom! He was very responsive and accurate on his projections date! I’ve called him back for other jobs already!
