Clarice Zusky is a Los Angeles based architectural and interior designer and construction project manager. In her experience, the best designs result from excellent communication, thoughtful collaboration, loads of creativity and always a sense of fun. Clarice delights in the collaborative process and aims to engage with clients and builders in an open and honest dialog from start to finish. She believes that good design isn’t a luxury but an important component to enjoying everyday life. Clarice received her Masters of Architecture from the University of Virginia. She is an avid cook, novice gardener, crafting hobbyist and outdoor enthusiast. As a custom designer and builder, Clarice is the type of Architect and person you genuinely enjoy working with. Her innate talent is obvious from the moment you meet through the complication of a project!

I worked on several projects with Clarice and can't recommend her enough. She has impeccable taste, is confident in making decisions, is great manging subcontractors, and likes getting her hands dirty to pull off a great projects. Her own home embodies her design sense, which I envy!- warm, clean lines, pops of color, and filled with art.

Clarice designed the kitchen and bar at our office (in the height of our busy season). She is creative, talented, and efficient. She's thinks outside of the box and works with her clients to turn their dreams into reality. Very easy going... It was a pleasure working with Clarice.

We have employed Clare for numerous projects since we bought our new house. She professional, timely, super creative, and very reliable. She worked with us for the renovation of our 2nd bathroom, our forthcoming outdoor fireplace, and we are currently consulting with her to help renovate our family room (built-in bookcases, paint schematic, and entertainment wall). Clare can do it all!

I have now worked on two very large projects with Clarice. One was a complete gut rehab of a vintage LA theater. The other was a facelift of a rock venue institution. Her work on the projects was spot-on. Plans were delivered on time. She was instrumental in the communication between contractors and designers. She found the common ground, and saved us money in myriad ways. Her designs were creative and always with an eye towards the function of the venues, which I valued greatly. Her problem solving was always creative and inventive. I can't say enough good things about working with Clarice, and hope to continue doing so on all my future projects.
