We had approximately 1,000 square feet of basement that was filled with dirt and rock that I wanted to convert into living space. I obtained several bids but I was most impressed by Michael from CMC Construction. He was the only one that asked detailed questions, offered a variety of solutions to stay within my budget, and developed the most realistic cost estimates. Michael developed the plans and elevations for the project which included an additional master size bedroom and a giant home theater/recreation room. Work is now close to being finished and he remains under budget and on time. Throughout construction Michael and his son John personally inspected every stage of the project. They and their workers were always polite, respectful and punctual. I would highly recommend this company for any size project you are considering.

CMC Construction delivered fantastic customer service. They were knowledgeable, respectable and reliable during my kitchen remodel. The remodel included new cabinets, granite counters, a beautiful tile backsplash with all new appliances, to include a new sink and faucet. I felt like they had my best interest in mind. They would always make suggestions and recommendations which helped ease the deciison making process. I love my new kitchen. I would definately recommend CMC.

CMC has done fantastic work for us in the past, delivering consistency and quality while typically meeting budget numbers and typically delivering in advance of deadlines. Michael provided terrific followup support, and his communications skills set him far above all the other contractors we've ever employed, before and after our huge remodel.

Have been involved in 4 projects with CMC. Those were a commercial remodel, a residential home theater remodel, and two high end custom residential homes. All were completed on time and within budget. The owner, Mike Garcia is a good communicator and intimately involved in the day to day activities of the project. Would highly recommend CMC.

I have worked with MIchael Garcia and CMC construction several times over the past 8 years. Throughout that time, CMC has provided excellent, high quality, and professional work. We began with a major remodel/addition, which exceeded our expectations. CMC did the design, and the build and oversaw the process from start to finish. Then, throughout the years, we have hired CMC to help us with various other projects. They are always quick to respond and courteous. And, the subcontractors they hire are the best as well! I continue to go to CMC for house renovation needs, and highly recommend them.

Michael did some maintenance work on our home, including dry rot repair, new gutters and downspouts, and painting. Michael was very easy to work with, timely, and always kept us informed on the status of the project. Project was in budget, and when extra work was needed, the price was reasonable. I would recommend Michael and his team for your next project!

This company , the workers, the receptionist, and the owner were incredible. They were fair, respectful and VERY knowledgeable. We had them close in a loft and build a wall. Michael checked in every day and even insisted on something being fixed that I had not even noticed needed it. His price was fair and he did his best to save us money BUT without cutting any corners. They cleaned up, were on time, and since we had a toddler always made sure when they left for the day, anything dangerous was put well out of reach. Any job big or little they will do. You will never go wrong hiring them.

This was a remodel of a 25 year old house. It included a new roof, siding on three sides of the exterior and painting of the exterior. The interior consisted of a completely new kitchen, and two bathrooms and painting of interior. New flooring was replaced in over half of the house. Nancy, my wife and I worked together with Michael Garcia to put together a plan that brought together our ideas to a really great finished project. Michael was not afraid to tackle difficult concepts and he provided many ideas that improved on our original concepts. As with any remodel problems occur and when they did Michael as the general contractor stepped in and solved the situation. I was pleased with his sub-contractors and the way they respected my house and property. His wife, a professional decorator was brought in to help my wife and I select the different tiles and countertops. She helped with selecting the style and with price saving ideas.
