What a unprofessional business. I want there to get a price on something. I had an appointment. The person come yells from the back they will be out. They sit down, as I describe what I wanted all they said was no. Cannot to that cannot to this. The man was not only opinionated that his way was the only right way, but that everything I wanted was wrong and impossible, Finely, he prices a unit mush less than I wanted. I left there, went somewhere else, not only were they much more professional, they offer 3D drawings of what I wanted, gave me exactly what I wanted and were $1100 less expensive. And I have done business with the less expensive company, they do great work, This is the 7th home I have renovated and have never had an issue like this with a closeted company. Shop around there are much better companies with more state of the art systems and people that will treat you like a valued customer.

I used Closet Wizzard twice in different houses. They were very easy to work with and dependable. I had a problem during installation and I was astonished that they fixed the issue and finished the job the same day. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Worst service! Completely dissed organized company. We ordered a closet to be installed back on May 2 . I have multiple emails of dates confirmed that they were supposed to be here to set up Saturday, they called and canceled via email 14 hours before after I had moved everything out of the closet. Then I called to confirm that they were going to be here on Thursday which I ended up having to take off of work lost a day of work to have them install and then they end up canceling first thing in the morning via email. This company is extremely disorganized! A member of the chamber for the city of palm beach. I will definitely make sure I don’t let anybody else fall victim to this just organization. I never even offered a discount for their mess ups . Avoid at all costs. Extremely frustrating. We also had six more closets we wanted them to do and we definitely will not be using them!

Lets look at facts:
1. NO MONEY changed hands. = NO Contract formed.
Potential customer provided C.C. Information, but we never charged card, as we never solidified a delivery date.

2. Dates were discussed between complainant & salesperson - but obviously nothing was finalized. (We would have taken deposit if it had been).
At complainant's behest we were attempting to "squeeze" them into a tightly booked schedule and it was dependent on completing previously committed contracts (Jobs). Therefore first two dates never came to fruition.
If Complainant would have accepted a normal four week delivery date and booked the job on an open delivery date everything would have gone very smoothly.

With over 23 years of service in PBC, this is only the third person to ever lodge a complaint about our company! We are currently on sale number 16038 - Our record stands for itself.

We really like our new closet. Closet wizard was very helpful with the design. They were here on time, very knowledge and courteous. They cleaned up before they left. I would recommend them for any job

I have had TWO great experiences with this company! They did a great job....I needed followup for minor issues and they were very, very responsive. Followup is very important to me so they got my highest rating for delivery.....I highly recommend this company...

If falling in love with a closet is possible, then I’ve fallen in love again. Our closets were installed on Saturday, February 17, 2018 without any issues. Jerry and his men were on time at 9AM as promised and they worked quickly and were very neat as well as helpful when we had questions. My husband and I especially appreciated the time you spent with us in discussing our needs and concerns but more importantly with the follow through. We would be most happy to recommend your store to our friends and neighbors in the future. Thanks very much for a job well done.
