ClimateSmith is a family business and brothers James and Jason Smith share a work ethic that is second to none! They are willing to go the extra mile,to meet the highest standards, which has created happy customers and many referrals. We have used them exclusively for about 8 years in two separate residences. They installed a new AC unit in our former home. On Christmas morning a few years back, a frozen condensation valve caused our heat to go out. Jason actually came to the house within an hour to thaw the valve and get the HVAC working again. Who else would do that? This company deserves very high marks for professionalism, expert knowledge, fair pricing, and great customer service.
