Krista with Clever Girl Interiors is great. She just did an excellent job on one of my listings. It was a vacant home and she worked her magic to make it feel warm and homey. The home looked great with the furniture and decor she chose. We were under contract in just a few days and over list price. I will recommend Krista to all of my Sellers who want to get top dollar.

Initially, I was skeptical about getting staging done as I didn't think it'd be worth it. I took a leap though as I had a small condo that needed to have furniture in it to allow buyers to better conceptualize the space. I told Krista about my needs and she was professional and great to work with. She made my place look so amazing I almost wanted to put a bid on my own condo! She brought out the essence of my unique condo and captured the essence of my neighborhood, which is what I had asked her to do. After using Krista, I'd definitely use her again. She was worth every penny and helped me to get an amazing sale on my place.

She has great inventory to really make the houses shine. She matches decor to the style of the house while still staying fresh with the look.
