I met Carolyn at the house I was showing to my buyer, while she was staging it. I called her a week later and asked her to help me stage my listing which was vacant and hard to sell due to unusual floor plan. I had held three open houses and although everyone loved the the house, it was very difficult for perspective buyers to visualize where they would put their furniture. Carolyn managed to place furniture and decorations in such a way that the house was sold the same weekend she staged it. Carolyn is very pleasant to work with.
