New Life did an amazing job on our full kitchen and flooring remodel. They were great to work with. Prompt, communicative, friendly and professional. Our kitchen and flooring projects were completed in 6 weeks. Our kitchen far exceeded our expectations. We are so pleased that it so beautiful, and functional! As the kitchen is the heartbeat of my house, it is a joy to be my new kitchen everyday. We thank our talented team, David, Adrian O., Mauricio, Paul and Karlie who brought our dream to reality. We recently had New Life remodel two bathrooms. The house is 40 years old. The bathrooms were looking old. Everything in the bathrooms was replaced. We opted for walk-in showers. Paul and Karlie did a wonderful job of setting the scope of the remodeling and taking care of the paperwork. They helped us choose materials and fixtures. Wayne was the lead on the hall bathroom which was done first. Jaime was the lead on the master bathroom. Both kept the work schedule moving which is not easy with others building cabinets etc. There were never any big issues. Minor ones were handled quickly and satisfactorily. When completed, the bathrooms were just what we wanted. Everything looks great. We really love the walk-in shower.

My husband and I decided to hire New Life for our bathroom remodel and we are happy we did. When I met Paul he was very professional and asked questions to get an idea of the changes we wanted to make. Then came back for a second appointment to go over with the field worker Mauricio of what we wanted to do. From the first day Mauricio began working he demonstrated high standards of ethics and professionalism. He and his helper David Lopez worked well together until the completion of my project. Our bathroom turned out exactly the way we wanted and is amazing. Last, Karlie was there for me with any questions I had We would difinitely recommend New Life Bath Kitchen and their trust worthy team.

We are very happy with the work New Life did on our kitchen cabinet reface and tile remodeling (demo and new installation). From start to finish the process was very smooth. Paul and Karlie helped us to get everything measured and ordered on schedule. Jaime and Eric did beautiful work on the cabinets and tile, and also replaced the existing pendant lights for us. Everyone was very accommodating and easy to work with. There were lots of style options to choose from, and they did a great job of listening to what we wanted. We would highly recommend their services.

Our kitchen has just been fully renovated thanks to NewLife. From start to finish, we couldn't be happier. this was intimidating as it was our first remodel, but Paul and Karli in the office guided us through every step. They worked with other contractors so that the job would proceed on time, and oversaw their work onsite. I can't say enough about Mauricio and David who did the actual work. They were very professional, explained every aspect of the job, and answered every question we had. We are very happy with the end result and would choose NewLife again in the future. We highly recommend using them for your remodeling needs.

What a Face Lift - thanks New Life! New Life team was amazing to work with from start to finish. Paul did a great job measuring and explaining how the process works, Karlie did a wonderful job moving the ordering process along and keeping me up to date on installation and in process payments and Marisio and his team did a systematic approach to installation made the whole project so worth the expense and effort! Great job New life - would I recommend you again absolutely! A couple of things for potential kitchen remodelers to remember - it takes time! For Us the whole process was about 6 months. You may need to work with a designer to select cabinet style or colors - they have a great showroom but sometimes visualizing it difficult. For me it was easy since I design for a living. The project does need coordination with your back splash and counter tops along with interior paint color, flooring and hardware! Don't forget lighting - very important in the kitchen work spaces. I selected New Life Bath & Kitchen by reading and comparing the reviews for several local businesses. New Life did not disappoint me. My new kitchen is beautiful and exceeds initial expectations. Karlie did an excellent job assisting with design, selecting and ordering materials. Wayne and Jesus (contractor team) went out of their way to accommodate all of my requests however were honest when my request would not deliver the desired result. I will request this team for future projects. As with many construction projects it took longer than expected however the wait was worth the final outcome. My kitchen is awesome!

Contracted New Life for a kitchen refresh. Our experience with New Life has been exceptional. The work included: -new counter tops -new range hood -tile backsplash -painting existing cabinets -new knobs and drawer pulls -florescent light box was framed out -new LED canned lights We removed a countertop cook top and a section of cabinets to make way for a new full 30" range. and removed a cabinet mounted oven and filled the space with big drawers and a shelf for a microwave. The crews we efficient and professional. They kept the work areas clean and ensured everything was completed to a high standard. Special thanks to: -Mike B. Our experience with New Life Bath and Kitchen and ALL of its employees was exceptional!!! We moved to the Santa Ynez Valley in August of 2021 and had no idea who to hire for the remodel of our home. After some research, and reading various reviews, we decided on New Life Bath and Kitchen. We are so glad that we made that choice. We hired New Life to do a complete restoration of two of our bathrooms. Nothing had been remodeled since the 1970's and it was very outdated. From start to finish New Life was there for us and walked us through the entire process. First, Karlie and Paul were amazing. All estimates were done in a timely manner and provided to us in writing. They answered all of our questions and responded timely to all phone calls. We were always kept updated by Karlie throughout the entire process. She was always cheerful and kind. I bugged her a lot and she talked me off the ledge more than once when supplies were delayed. (Due to COVID some supplies were backordered.) She was a very calming influence. We were never left wondering what was going on. Karlie always kept us up to date. Mac (Mauricio) was incredible. What a talented young man he is. He is extremely responsible. He showed up every morning, on time and worked continuously throughout the day. I don't think I ever saw him take a break, even for lunch. He is so sweet and has the kindest disposition. Never was irritated and remained calm throughout the entire process. His work is stellar. You will not be disappointed. The tile work he did in the shower is a work of art. All of the drywall and waterproofing, fixture installations and etc were done professionally and beautifully. He also helped us with suggestions on lighting fixtures, mirrors and decorating ideas. He has very good taste. I was genuinely impressed with his work ethic and attitude. Just a genuinely kind soul. Jaime R. was the foreperson and also worked with Mac overseeing the remodel. At one point, while installing our new bathtub, Jaime discovered that there had apparently been a leak at some point in the shower area. Most likely the grout had worn away causing water to seep through continuously. This caused the wood under the tub to rot and decay. The wood was essentially falling apart . We were really concerned that the job would have to halt and that we would have to find someone to repair the wood before installation of the tub could resume. Jaime didn't skip a beat. He repaired all the rotted wood and replaced the damaged areas in one day. The installation was able to resume the next day. He truly was a Godsend. Jaime was also very kind and patient. He showed up on time every single day. He always kept me updated if he was going to be late due to picking up supplies and etc. He, like Mac, worked tirelessly to get the job done in a timely and professional manner. We were blessed to have found New Life Kitchen and Bath!!

We just finished a complete remodel of our 40 year old kitchen! New Life was helpful and professional from the very start. We appreciated the work being done in a timely manner. Paul and Karlie were quick to respond to any questions we had, and we can't say enough about how great Wayne and Jesus were. Wayne and Jesus not only did a quick job on the demo, but were multi-talented as well doing electrical, tile, cabinetry and more. They cleaned the job site everyday and double-checked with us if there were any questions. The paint crew was also quick and professional - thank you Jose and Samuel! Overall, we had a good experience with our first major remodel with New Life and plan to use them again for our bathrooms.

We recently had our kitchen remodeled. The time from first contact to actual start was about 4 months due to so many remodels in work by New Life. Paul heard our requirements and Karlie drew up our plans asking many questions along the way to ensure we would get the remodel we wanted. She also made several suggestions that ultimately enhanced our new kitchen. The actual work took just over two months which was expected. Wayne and Jesus were the installers and were extremely professional in the work they performed as well as in their communications to us. They took great care not to damage a new hardwood floor, installed curtains to manage the dust, spent much time ensuring a long line of cabinets were level with each other, installed new lights and switches, moved a gas line for the stove, rerouted the stoves exhaust vent as well as plumbing and a drain for our faucet, and expertly installed and grouted nearly 60 square feet of marble tile all the while cleaning up at the end of each day. Along the way Wayne and Jesus kept in frequent contact with us making suggestions and providing alternatives on the installation from their experiences to ensure the final kitchen would be just right. During the installation process Wayne, Jesus and Karlie were quick to respond to any and all questions we had. Bottom line is we are extremely pleased with our new kitchen!
