I have been on my HOA Board and have been working with Largo Green for over 8 years. I can honestly say that we don not have any other contractor as responsive as Largo Green. They have been maintaining our pool and common areas for that entire time and most recently completed metal fence repair & painting for our 60-unit townhome complex. I am on the board of directors of a community and our management company introduced us to Chris and the Largo Green team. They have done absolutely fantastic work for us. We've had a couple of jobs involving our perimeter walls and fencing that previous contractors have recommended and bidded for complete replacment of. Chris and his team came in, assessed the situation, and recognized that they could effectively repair the damaged sections and save us quite a bit of money in the process. He took the time to explain the structural components, what they needed to do to mitigate the ground shifting that had caused the problem, and followed up afterwards to ensure our satisfaction. On another job, our landscapers had quoted us for felling a tree, trimming the growth around a large pergola, and doing some pressure washing. Chris and his team quoted us roughly half the price and did an outstanding job. They have also done lighting repairs and other electrical work for us, and advised us on preventative maintenance things we can do to mitigate future issues. Largo Green was amazing to work with on our community’s recent fence repair. They provided a thorough and clear bid, met us on site to ensure all our questions were answered, and completed the work quickly and with attention to detail. Largo Green was hired to level our Community's road pavers in five small areas. The pavers were removed. The base material was leveled and stabilized. The pavers were replaced and leveled with the adjoining pavers. Polymeric Sand was used to lock the pavers in place. The work was completed in 6 hours and everything looks great.

Largo Green was able to recommend and implement a cost-saving, yet still effective plan to repair the existing fence and sections that were rusted by treating these areas with a compound to neutralize the rest and make it a paint-able surface. this approach was much less expensive than other bids we received. Chris Dickey, owner of Largo Green, and his team pressured washed my driveway & patio using an upright 24” diameter surface cleaner to refresh very soiled pavers. They did an excellent job and it has made such a big difference. Chris was very responsive when I initially contacted him to discuss the process for pressure washing the pavers surrounding my house. I live in a gated community with 35 homes. The HOA was hesitant about cleaning the pavers would damage them. Chris explained that using the diameter surface cleaner, using only water no chemicals, would clean the pavers without any damage. Since only the area in front of my house was cleaned, other homeowners saw the big difference and as a result the HOA is now hiring Largo Green to clean pavers in the entire community, a long overdue project.

Chris and his assistant fixed my wobbly fence. Because of the quality of the work performed I will be able to put off having to buy a new fence for many years. They reinforced the wood fence using cost saving techniques to stabilize, strengthen, and straighten my fence. Also They straightened the gate that was sticking out on an angle and made it easy to open and close after having to slam it shut for the past several years. They showed up on time went right to work and completed the project in under two hours. When they were finished Chris asked me to inspect the fence and asked if I had any more concerns about it. They cleaned up and left me with nothing to pick up after they left. I did a lot of research, before I chose Largo Green. It was by far the best move I have ever done. The job started with my kitchen/family room and I ended up using them for several projects. The quality of work was just that good. Chris explained everything that was to be done in great detail. He sent me pictures (updates) daily and always kept me in the loop. Chris is a very dedicated contractor. He has helped me for the past two years with various repairs such as water damage remediation, AC work and dryer duct work. He is very informative/communicative and advises the progress of each project with texts and pictures. He also loves my dogs :).

Chris did an awesome job turning an unused room with destroyed carpet into a beautiful home office for me. The builder had installed good neighbor fences in our back yards that were severely sagging after some 16 years and the fences had pulled away from the walls of our townhouses. Chris has been the most thorough and communicative contractor I have ever worked with! The home in question had sat empty for a long time and needed a significant amount of work to get ready to sell. As an added complication, I don't even live in the same city as the home! Chris worked with me and my realtor to determine which repairs would help us showcase the home at its best and kept us both completely in the loop with updates and photos at every single step. He was patient with our questions, thorough with any follow ups and change orders and got the work done incredibly quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Largo Green!

I have used Chris on two occasions and his knowledge of the work and his work itself are exceptional. He is reasonably priced and at no charge will often add small tasks not included in the original quote. The fact the he writes an extensive estimate described exactly what is to be done is also impressive. I don't care for the rather high down payment however I know he will do the job and do it right.

We hired Largo Green to repair and paint two wooden porches. The job was fairly and transparently quoted and the timeline for completing the project was clearly defined and executed. Largo Green has been our go-to contractor since our first job with them nearly two years ago-- a messy water leak/mold project they remedied in short order and at a competitive price. Since then, we have come to rely on LG for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and you name it at our 13 condos in the Houston/Spring area. LG is full-service, their communications are top-notch and timely, and-- most important-- they are expert trouble-shooters. Our most recent project with LG was the challenging make-ready of two condos, each with it's own slate of unique deficiencies. LG sorted it all out... and got 'er done (as we say here in Texas).

Great experience. I hired Largo for two jobs for our small townhome community of 12 homes in the Houston Heights. They power washed our shared driveway and sanded, primed, and painted our front gate and fence. An accurate and detailed estimate was provided for both jobs in a timely manner. Once engaged, they worked directly with scheduling both jobs. I was really pleased with their ability to do both jobs quickly and without disruption to our community. Everything turned out great and our property looks much nicer because of it. Communication was great and they even came back and touched up a few spots after the fact at my request. Chris and his team did an amazing job on my son's tree house. As you can imagine a tree house is a unique project and requires a lot of problem solving. We provided inspiration pictures and Chris worked to build a plan that blended all our wishes together. Chris did a lot of research to find the best way to build the structure so that it was sturdy, safe and cohesive in style with other buildings on our property. The team talked with us through the project and considered each aspect of the tree house to make sure my son was getting something that he will want to play in as he grows, not just what will work right now. They even bought our son his own tool box so he could "assist" in the building. Chris had excellent project management skills to keep the house on time as this was a gift for our son's birthday and on budget. The detailed quote he provided was pretty accurate to the final outcome for such a nontraditional project. He communicated with us each step of the way if there was any deviation to the original plan. Chris' pride and passion for building is very apparent in the way he conducts himself with clients and his crew. We appreciate all their hard work and will be using this company again for future projects.

Chris and his team were great to work with . They helped me select the right material at cost and never once tried to upsell. They helped with my project in the attic which is an oven in the Houston noon sun. I needed some boards replaced on my old fence and everyone else quoted me on replacing the entire fence. Chris was able to save me a lot of money by replacing only those necessary and adding a base board which improved the overall look. He was cost effective and did it in a timely manner.

I have over 300’ of fence. I was not asking for a full replacement therefore my request was complicated. Their quote to me was very detailed. I do estimates myself and this was by far the most thorough quote I saw. I was updated constantly via text or emails. During the project again updated constantly with pics showing me what was done before the pickets would cover it up. Completely satisfied.

Chris earned my respect from the start by pushing back on my request to estimate a project without discussing details. It’s too easy to just give a price but Chris was intent on understanding the scope first. Once we discussed and agreed to the project, scope and price we ran into some weather issues. Chris has my deposit in hand and could have stalled me. Quite the opposite. He communicated proactively and consistently. Lastly, the work was completed on time and under budget. My appreciation. Real professionalism is hard to find these days. Chris brings it.

Chris Dickey and his coworker Patricio did an EXCELLENT job on our fireplace wall to install the stacked stone we selected. We procured the stone, but they handled all other tools and materials. They were great to work with, were professional, and did a great job especially around the tough curvature of our fireplace mantle! They were very responsive to our concerns throughout the project and respected our house and our baby's sleep schedule even! Highly recommend. The wet saw and some cement they left behind killed some of our grass in the backyard, but doesn't prevent the 5 star rating overall.
