We recently did a home remodel and wanted better organization for our bedroom closets and a new wardrobe. After getting quotes from multiple people Closet Factory seemed the right choice for our needs. They not only had great design options but were also fit right into our budget compared to others. We worked with Christian and could not be happier with the help and services received. During our first video meeting Christian made sure to understand our needs and asked the right questions to help us think what we needed from each closet. He then helped work through several closet organization plans, shared the designs on the spot to help us visualize what it will look like and explained the entire process. After a few more discussions and iterations we were ready to install the closets and Christian was very accommodating with any modifications we needed right till the final design stage. The closets install was a quick 3 day process and the quality is just fantastic. We have received multiple compliments, specially about the wardrobe and are glad that the designs were exactly as we imagined. Our closet installation was part of a recent master bedroom remodel. We had only a general idea of what we wanted, and Christian helped us take this general concept to a finished closet, with lots of storage options. The process went smoothly, despite COVID delays and restrictions, and the installer was very professional. I would not hesitate to call on Christian again should we decide to redo any other closets we have.

Christian came to provide an estimate and the first thing he asked was about the current space we use for closet. He designed our closet as per the clothes we have. We found him very realistic with the design. His staffs were very professional and timely. We love their work and our friends love our closet. We are looking forward to do our garage and kitchen now.

We hired the closet factory to do our master bedroom walk-in closet. It was a tricky space because of the amount of clothes we wanted to keep organized and the angles of the walls were irregular. Christian was our designer and he did a great job from the beginning to the end. He really spent the time to understand our needs and created a couple of options that were shared graphically; which really helped us visualize the space. He guided us well and kept us pragmatic in term of balancing our budget and desires. Once we decided on the design and date – everything was installed exactly and even better than expected. We are very happy with the end-product and the closet looks even better that even the graphical representation. Moreover, we really appreciated that everything was done as scheduled and the crew did a great job cleaning up so we could enjoy the closet as soon as they left! It's all about service. We needed a custom office space installed next to our kitchen to match the existing cabinets, and Closet Factory did a marvelous job - the desk matches and is perfect for the space. Not only was the company terrific, Christian Lovborg was our consultant and designer. We couldn't have asked for a better point person. Christian designed wall units for us in our living room, bedroom and office. Additionally, he planned our closet and our sons. He was knowledgeable of the materials so he was able to focus our ideas. He was accurate in determining our needs and paid attention to the many details. He was easy to work with, professional, patient, and we are pleased with the results.

I had a great experience working with Christian, he was very receptive and agile for understanding my needs. He game good suggestions for my closets and very patience showing me options and selecting the finishes. The closets were installed on time and met all the specifications.
