3rd summer with pool and they will not stand behind their product. Warranty is misleading and non transferable. They do not warranty pool as stated on website for 10 years. If you sale your home you warranty is not transferable. This is their response…. MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS: Once again our company as stated in the contract provides a one year warranty. After that the manufacturer warranty goes into effect. That said warranty is non transferable as stated in their warranty policy. Also after speaking with the previous owner, you purchased this house as is, with no warranty as stated on the bill of sale.

My pool was in awful shape. The walls were caving in and was very old. Paradise Pools was recommended and they did a beautiful job. I did not know a lot about the process of repairing a pool. Chris answered all of my questions and explained the entire process fully. He made certain that I knew when they were going to show up and exactly what they were going to do. They were fast and did a beautiful job!!!!! I would recommend them to anyone.

Paradise pools has been a pleasure to work with from the design, during constructs and the start up of our new pool. Their customer service was great! I would highly recommend Paradise Pools to anybody looking for a paradise in there back yard!

I cannot say enough good things about the guys from Paradise Pools--from Brian and Chris to their crew. Brian and Chris were always incredibly patient with me and all of my silly questions. They went out of their way to text me pictures of the progress and keep me updated every step of the way. They know it's exciting and new to most customers so they truly cater to that. And they are not hands-off the minute they finish the job. They are there to help if you have any questions afterwards, and that was very important to me. Even their crew went above and beyond to help us when we had a big delivery of our pool fence. They helped us unload it, which was definitely not required of them. They are all exception people and very knowledgeable about what they do. I'm sad the process is over because now I won't talk to them as much. Lol. But we now have a beautiful pool for our children to enjoy this coming summer! And all kinds of cool features were included in the price that I didn't even know about. Bonus! 10/10; would recommend. You can't go wrong with these guys!

Paradise Pools and Patios did an absolutely great job on our pool. The were knowledgeable, honest and lived up to what they said that they would do. Their timeline was very accurate and went above and beyond to make sure that's the project stayed on track to completion. Paradise Pools has created a true paradise for us! EVERY phase of the process was exciting and fun. Christopher Carpenter is knowledgeable, professional and readily available to answer questions every step of the way. He is patient and truly dedicated in building a quality pool coordinating all stages like clockwork (with LA weather, sometimes hard to do)! Even though project is complete, I know Paradise Pools will still be available if I need! That is reassuring, couldn't be happier!!

We researched Paradise Pools through the BBB. After contacted, Chris and Brian responded promptly. Their design & estimate was delivered shortly afterwards, much quicker than the competition. When responding to our many questions, they were patient, and our confidence grew, driving our decision to go with Paradise Pools. Construction began on time, and the changes we made to the plan did not affect the timeline for completion. The work was done with the quality we expected, so the experience from start to finish was superior. After completion, PP made sure that we understood operation and maintenance completely before leaving it to us. Yes, we recommend Paradise Pools to anyone, and already have. We called Paradise Pools to upgrade the pool equipment and fix some cosmetic issues for an existing pool at a home we bought recently. Paradise Pools and Patios of Louisiana did an excellent job on our in ground pool. We had gotten a bad pool contractor from Sulphur, LA, that left us with a granite hole in the ground. After calling almost every pool contractor in New Iberia and Lafayette, LA, Paradise Pools is the only one that would even look at our pool to see if it could be completed. They took on the job, corrected the mistakes of the other contractor, and completed our pool within 3 weeks. We are so grateful to them and they did such an excellent job, that we would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a reconstruction or new pool project.
