Jim, just a word of thanks. Chris, the installer, did a very fine job. He's a craftsman! No doubt Brian, the laser template guy, and the people who cut and polished the stone, are equally skilled, because the end result is about as perfect as we could have hoped. The two seams on the horizontal surface in the kitchen are invisible...unless you know where to look. And I was particularly impressed by the part-curved, part straight seam. I'd never seen that before. I can't feel the slightest height variation between the slabs at either seam. You all did great work. As I wrote before, I appreciated your willingness to help us save money on the brackets. While granite countertops are expensive, Chris and Dicks made them worth the price. Thanks again. Ken Bresin

Jon McGill at CHRIS AND DICKS is amazing. I’ve had a vision for my kitchen for over a decade and Jon helped make that vision a reality. I wanted clean, modern, two tone, flat front cabinets and quartz countertops. Jon listened to my wants and needs a created an amazing plan. Although there were a few hiccups, which are to be expected in a remodel, Jon kept in constant touch with me. The installer Tory was great too. I highly recommend this company. Be sure to ask for Jon!!!

Overall we had a good experience with Chris and dicks. They did some cabinets and countertops in our office. Jolene did an excellent job of drawing up the plans of what I had in mind. There were a few minor hiccups but they were always acknowledged and taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend Chris and Dicks and I would use them again.

Our contractor recommended Chris and Dick's when we did our kitchen remodel. We used them for design help and installation of our cabinets and countertops. Emily Haroldsen was wonderful to work with and helped us come up with perfect plan for us. I really wanted to reuse some of our existing cabinetry and she was able to find a complementary color and style that is perfect. She found ways to incorporate all of the quirky touches that I wanted to add and make it look great. The installation was quick and very professional, the granite came out great. We couldn't be happier and get nothing but compliments from everyone who sees it!

We were totally remodelling our kitchen and needed all new cabinets. We worked with Dave and he was very helpful in assisting me to pick the right cabinet and color for my kitchen. When I had a change in one of the cabinets to add glass to two doors, he took care of that with no problem. We are very happy with our new kitchen, thanks to Dave.

I recently purchased a granite bathroom vanity counter top for my guest bathroom. They were wonderful to work with. Curt said I could probably do the top with a remnant and save some money. He walked me through their yards where they keep remnants. I found a perfect piece "River" something and one week later it was cut and installed. Everyone, from the installers to the gal that ran my card were excellent. We will use them for our kitchen.

Terrible customer service, I would not use them again even if they were half the cost of a competitor. We purchased counter tops from them in May 2014, notified them about a problem in October 2014 regarding a seam that was starting to raise. It is now March 2015 and they have refused to send anyone out to look at the issue. We've been talking to the owner over this entire ordeal and he is the one saying we need to wait for a job to be in our area (we live 30 minutes from their location). Use at your own risk, they were all to willing to get the install done quickly, but now that there is an issue that can't manage to make it back out.

Design N Mind Interiors

As the Master Interior Designer for this company I would recommend this well established company to anyone. The ability to utilize any of the 7 different cabinets lines makes it easy to come within anyone's budget. Chris and Dicks is a Full service showroom that does all aspects of remodel, from Floors, cabinets, counter tops, back splash, plumbing fixtures, and lighting. Best company I have ever worked for where customer come first. Jon McGill
