I hired Chelsea about a year ago when we were planning on building a second home. We had never done anything like this and I knew I needed help. It was the best decision we made on the project! She made it extremely easy and stress free. Chelsea was very professional, organized and was very good solving problems that arose during construction. She worked with the builder very well, and made sure she was looking our for our best interests at all times. During selections, she was very helpful. My wife and I hired Chelsea at the start of our construction of a new, mountain style timber frame home in Black Mountain. As we had not relocated to the area at that time, we needed to lean very heavily on Chelsea on almost every aspect of design (including drafting new bathroom layouts that needed significant changes from what our architect had drawn).
