Im a contractor in Calgary and installed 1000 square feet a Provenza floor in one of my clients houses it was immediately delaminating. I met with the rep and he promised me it would be fine and they would warranty it. I had another 1000 square feet of the same floor sitting at another clients house of the same stuff told me and my installer he would upgrade me for no extra cost to one of the better lines to regain my confidence in the product. After I told my client the story the rep called me a liar and said he didn't say that. He now will not admit the original floor is delaminating. Poor Poor service and quality floor. I would not recommend Provenza to anyone!!!!

CAUTION: regarding Legni Identica by Ilva, color Ibira. If purchasing this tile be aware of a marking which is subtle on initial viewing, but which shows up as a 'splotch' of blue on several of the tile patterns. The mark looks like a drop of glass cleaner has been dripped on the floor. Unfortunately you cannot just wipe it up. When seen on a relatively small space, under kitchen lighting the mark becomes very visible. The store sample did not show a tile with this mark. The manufacturer says its there by design and that I should have examined each tile before they were installed. Now I have a remodeled kitchen with a beautiful light wood-look floor showing blue splotches through out. Examples attached

I'm a flooring contractor/general contractor and have worked with Max on numerous projects around the bay area. I enjoy working with Max because of his professionalism and commitment to provide quality products. There are many floor suppliers that only care about making a deal vs. ensuring that the clients have quality products that will stand the test of time. Max has a great selection of flooring and tile and has the experience to make him a top pro in his field.

Ordered some Porcelanosa tiles from Max for my addition at a great price. Transaction was smooth and quick. Max was very quick to communicate with me. I will be checking with Max for all future flooring needs.

We were quite impressed with Max and Cheaper Floors, they supplied our wooden floors and Ceramic tile. They are quite knowledgable and helpful in helping you select the correct materials for your project. The service and reliability were excellent. We will be back for our other projects.

Max is great. He has the best price for hardwood floors and porcelanosa tiles. I bought most of my renovation materials from him. He also recommended a contractor for us who did an awesome job.

First of 2 posts. I just ordered my floors from Max. Max was responsive and straight up with me. I give him an A+. I also saved about 20% over my local dealers. I'll post again after I receive the order.

Max saved me a fortune on my tiles. I had found tiles that I really liked, but all of the local stores wanted crazy high prices. I found Max online, sent him my tile list, and he immediately gave me prices that were far better than anything else I had found. He was then easy to work with; delivered on time; and, when six boxes turned out to be the wrong style because the manufacturer shipped me the wrong thing, Max immediately stepped up, got the right tiles, and did not even charge me for the second round of shipping. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thanks, Max!

I have been ordering tile from Max at Cheaper Floors for a couple of years. He has a really great selection of "quality designer" materials - at prices that beat everybody else. He is extremely knowledgable about flooring and tile - as are his assistants. If you need something, he can invariably get it. If you are tired of the usual materials and want something unique and high end for a very reasonable price, this is the place to go.

Max is the best! Friendly, professional and my floors and tiles arrived when he promised. We've ordered everything possible from Max his prices can't be beat! We paid 50% less for our Mieage floors than we expected. He truly beat out all the competition!
