Charlie and his squad were EXCEPTIONAL to work with. Before my wife and I connected/knew about Charlie and his team, we had selected another contractor that (long story short) screwed us over and stole some money. Then came in Messano Associates. They were buttoned up from our very first conversation, super organized, super professional, and really helped guide Is through this process. After being taken advantage of, we couldn’t have asked for a better contractor. Not only were they great to work with, but the teams they brought in for the various pieces of the project were great as well. All in all, we are extremely happy with our house and would HIGHLY recommend Messano Associates for any one looking for quality work!

Charlie was recommended to me by my insurance agent who had raved about the work he did on his property in Bay Head and with all the transient builders that had been through the area with hurricane Sandy and the horror stories I have heard of renovation nightmares from neighbors, I know I needed someone I could trust and Charlie Messano was that person. Charlie and his team are experienced and exceptional craftsmen and have a vision for great design that is not always on the architectural drawings. Everyone who comes into my home, included very jaded real estate professionals, have complemented the work and gone so far to say it’s one of the nicest homes in Mantoloking, and I have very stiff competition here. Even years after my project was complete Charlie is always available to fix a problem and stands by his work. Not only does he do great work, he is also a genuinely nice and caring person and very easy to deal with. I couldn’t give Charlie a higher recommendation and I have no doubt all his customers feel the same.

Charlie did a great job remodeling our home. New siding, windows, upstairs addition, kitchen, bathroom and covered outdoor space. The house is perfect and we get compliments from everyone, including people we do not know who drive by and give us a thumbs up. Charlie and his team were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Five Stars!

Messano and Associates were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful during the entire remodel process. They stayed within the budget and were extremely transparent throughout the project. Charlie was always accessible and answered all of my questions quickly. They exceeded my expectations on our project and I would absolutely use them again for any future jobs. There workmanship was phenomenal and we couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. I highly recommend them!
