We had just completed a major home renovation project when we reached out to Melinda to help with the interior design of our main living spaces. She worked closely with us to create a cohesive design vision that fit well with our lifestyle. We could not be more pleased with the results. She listened to our ideas, respected our budget and kept a clear line of communication open at all times. We are very pleased with the quality of all the furnishings that she recommended. Melinda always provided accurate information about product availability and met the timeframe we outlined for the project. She is a true interior design professional with excellent attention to detail and very high standards. Melinda has a real passion for design and for serving her clients. Melinda's remarkable creativity and vision is only matched by her patience and pleasant demeanor She listens with care and has an excellent ability to provide creative insight that resulted in a final design that exceeded my expectations. I worked overseas during much of the implementation, yet Melinda kept me fully informed and made certain our agreed design would be completed to the highest standard. She worked tirelessly and managed every item to an exact detail. I couldn't be happier with the final result. She is a true professional that holds herself to the highest of standards!

Melinda was awesome to work with! She decorated my specific rooms with enthusiasm and complete control of the project. She got to know our lifestyle so she could better understand what we needed and took the time to listen to our requests. She also has great contacts and relationships with other professionals,painters, upholsters, etc... We would recommend her to anyone!

We purchased an oceanfront 2,000 square foot condo in the Turks & Caicos in 2005 and asked Melinda Headrick of Chatham Interiors, Inc. to work with us in its interior design. There were five women who Melinda had to work with on this project, and I must say that Melinda made all of us feel like our opinion was so very important as she incorporated many of our ideas and wishes, along with her expertise and eye for color and design, into the finished product! And, the outcome was something short of spectacular! All of the partners were pleased because we had something that was unique and different from that of the other condos in the complex. I had the opportunity to go with Melinda for the installation and I came away with a much better understanding of the interior design thought process and a lot of respect for this woman who helped to create a "home away from home" for the partners who own the condo. We rent our condo during the high season, and it is amazing to hear how many of our guests rave about the décor. Thank you!

Chatham Interiors assisted us with the design and purchasing of furniture for a large living room in a lake house. We very much appreciated the sketch done to scale that was made before we chose furnishings. Melinda listened carefully as I told her our ideas and budget restraints. We are happy with our result.

I found Melinda very easy and comfortable to work with. While developing the design for a piece of custom furniture, she was able to both express her ideas for the piece, and listen to mine. She was flexible in the design process when necessary, but always maintained a high standard. The result was a piece of furniture of which we are both proud. Melinda Headrick of Chatham Interiors assisted me in the design and acquisition of my patio furniture. It is a large space with three seating areas and two dining tables. The furniture Melinda ordered is high quality, durable, and versatile. I am able to transition the furniture in different arrangements in order to maximize th use of the outdoor fireplace and kitchen during the winter months. Thanks for your direction, Melinda!

I have had the pleasure of working with Melinda on my home in Westfield, NJ. Her design skills and ability to "put it all together" are amazing. She has the ability to take a house from an empty space and turn it into a warm, inviting home room by room. We love every room in our house that she has "touched" so far and look forward to more room designs as our budget allows. Which is another great attribute of Chatham Interiors, working on a plan that was always mindful of our budget. The Chatham area is lucky to have such an incredible designer in its midst!
