Our family loved working with Chatham Legacy for our custom home. Each member of the Chatham team was able to lend their unique gifts to the project to make it a pleasant and fun experience. Not to mention a beautiful home. We would not hesitate to do it all over again.

I cannot possibly rate a group/firm higher than I do the Chatham Homes team. If you are evaluating a home builder, I would look no further. It was blind luck that got my family involved with the Chatham's - unlike you (presumably you are performing your due diligence). Everything in the build went exceptional. I'm not saying we wouldn't make changes to the home (we would make a few minor ones), I'm saying that the builder experience itself was 10 out of 10. TOP NOTCH. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

You couldn't ask for a better custom home-builder (honest, creative, attention to detail, budget conscious). I would not hesitate to use them again and will continue to recommend Chathambilt Homes to family and friends who are looking to build or remodel.

The Chatham's are professional, trustworthy and quick to respond. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail are exceptional. They understand the art of asking the right questions with the desire of drawing out the owners real needs and/or wants. The entire team has the ability to translate the perspective from a novice and convert that into a fantastic, functional space.
