I must say this extremely negative review came as a surprise, as the client herself expressed her satisfaction with the utter beauty of the completed job. Furthermore, her husband who was our project point of contact, expressed his pleasure with the fact that we were able to complete the project on budget and within the contracted timeline— 30 work days start to finish. It’s not the norm to complete a kitchen remodel within that short a timeframe— but we did it! As such, it is especially disheartening to learn that a client associates a less than pleasant design experience with Charmaine Wynter Interiors as our aim is to always exceed expectations.

While we strive for perfection at Charmaine Wynter Interiors Inc, most of our clients realize that it’s attainment on earth is impossible and we work with them until the job is completed to their full satisfaction. This was especially challenging given the covid19 pandemic environment where shipment delays are the new norm.

As is our usual practice, and especially in this environment of the covid19 pandemic, Charmaine Wynter Interiors Inc has taken particular care to provide a safe working environment for both our clients and the workers. All workers practice social distancing, wear masks and disinfect surfaces at the completion of their service call.

We will to take all the required safety precautions as we learn how to navigate this climate until we eradicate this virus. We will continue to take all the required safety measures.

On the issue of my footwear, while I appreciate the client’s desire to have her flooring kept clean even during the midst of her kitchen remodel, my insurance requires that I wear the proper foot covering while on a work site. Bare feet or slippery shoe protectors on ceramic tile are not in compliance with that mandate. I did, however accede to her demand in an effort to pacify her.

Despite the common kitchen remodel hiccups; which were all satisfactorily addressed —on time and within budget—we are sure the clients are enjoying their transformed kitchen and will continue to do so for many years to come.
