Scott, Mike and the crew were great! Thank you for everything. I couldn't have asked for a better job. Lead time is long due to the weird world we live in, but once the product was in, it was short and fast. HomeRun!!!!

Truly excited with the closet organization that Scott and his company did for us. Even my husband, who was hesitant about spending the money for it, is thrilled we took the plunge. Scott was quick to answer any questions we had and provided the best customer service all along the way. So glad we used his company!

When my wife and I wanted to replace our interior doors we assumed who better than the Pros at Home Depot. What a huge mistake. Their workmanship was beyond belief. So much so we stop payment on our credit card. Now having to fix a problem bigger than the one we started with we shopped around again and decided to work with Scott Herbert at Charlotte Doors and Closets. He came to our home and measured our interior doors with equipment I never saw before. We waited about four weeks and when the doors arrived they fit like a glove. We thought they were perfect. The installation was less than a day and want as smooth as silk. Replacing a whole house of interior doors isn’t an everyday project like painting but every chance I get I recommend Scott and Charlotte Doors and Closets. Both my wife and I thought they did an excellence job…Thank you Scott.

I just had my closet outfitted by Charlotte Doors and Closets and I have to say that it is my favorite thing about my house! I love the look and the complete organization of the closet. My initial contact was with Mary to schedule an appointment to have them come out for a consultation. My call was answered immediately. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and an appointment was set up in a timely manner. Scott came out and although I really didn't have any idea what to tell him I wanted he was able to draw up a plan by just looking at what I had to put in the closet and the space avaiable. Even after our meeting he sent me options to further improve our plan and came up with an exact fit for our needs. Their installer, Michael, did the job quickly and cleaned up throughly as he worked. They polished every piece of wood upon completion and it looks amazing! I am so proud of my new closet and love showing it off. Definitely one of the best decisions I have ever made. Thank you Charlotte Doors and Closets!
