CARLO Design realizes architectural and interior projects in Berlin and Mallorca with flexibility, professionalism, and a high standard of design excellence. We draw on more than 15 years of professional experience and a network of highly qualified specialist planners and companies. In addition to new builds and the renovation of residential and office spaces, we also have extensive experience in the hotel, gastronomy, and wellness sectors. When working on listed buildings, we adopt a sensitive approach to the protected historic fabric and maintain close coordination with heritage conservation authorities.
With instinct, sensitivity, and a strong attention to detail, we develop and implement individual, character-driven design concepts. Throughout the design process, we cultivate an ongoing dialogue with our clients in order to present ideas, incorporate wishes, and share inspiration. We rely on early and close collaboration with specialist planners and contractors to ensure that even complex projects are realized reliably and to the highest standards. All concepts are developed with a strong awareness of budget, tailored precisely to each client, and with careful material selection. Through extensive product research, ranging from high-end brands to vintage dealers, we are able to offer a wide spectrum of interior design concepts. Special color tones combined with high-quality and distinctive materials create refined living and working environments.
We develop concepts for both private and commercial clients and implement them with precision. Beyond planning and supervising construction projects through service phases 1–8, we also offer 3D visualizations, studies, conceptual proposals in the form of mood boards, as well as comprehensive and in-depth color and material consulting. For the realization of our interior concepts, we take care of the selection and procurement of furniture, lighting, artwork, and accessories.
