OUR STATEMENT When Klein Carpentry was formed, we wanted to take all of the things people hate about remodeling and do these things as good or better than any other company in our industry. As a former project manager for a large remodeling company, I have taken the complaints, concerns, and, yes, sometimes criticisms of clients to heart. I've heard more times than I can count from trade partners and other project managers, "it's a construction site; what did they expect?" meaning the client. We built our business around what you expect and only hire tradespeople who understand and subscribe to this philosophy. *Dust Control- While we cannot control every grain of dust. We use plastic wall systems with an air mover (big fan) to exhaust airborne dust through ducting outside the home. If there is an HVAC return in the area of construction, we temporarily seal off the return to prevent your system from distributing dust throughout your home. Dust particles can float in the air for up to 3 days before settling. Leaving behind a dusty nightmare, sometimes days after the project is complete. We use every precaution possible to prevent all dust from contaminating living areas for your comfort and your family's safety. *Housekeeping- Workspaces are routinely cleaned throughout the day and at the end of every workday. All materials are kept organized and staged in an area(s) designated by the client. *Protection and masking- We use painter's clothes, plastic and thick cardboard to protect floors, existing cabinetry, walls, and furniture during the construction process. *Smoking- Smoking is strictly prohibited by employees or trade partners on client property. *Running punch list- The last 10% of a project can oftentimes be the most stressful and difficult to complete. We keep a running punch list and address problems as they arise. Experience has taught me that a huge puchlist pushed off to the end of a project is rarely completed to the client's satisfaction. *Trust- You can rest assured employees and trade partners of Klein Carpentry are vetted, assuring your family's security and privacy. *Plain and simple, you talk, we listen- We want you to feel comfortable bringing anything of concern to our attention. Anything we can do to provide a better experience for our client is of great value to us. This is our statement and our guarantee to you, the client.
